On the traces of hare and deer - winter hike through the forest While hiking through the winter landscape in the Latemar Forest, we will consciously perceive our surroundings, we will move quietly and behave calmly so that we do not disturb the winter rest of the wild animals living there - because, we are rarely alone in the deep snow-covered winter landscape. The Sun-trail Kasern/Casere and Hl. Geist/S. Spirito at the end of the Ahrntal valley is a highlight. The 3, 6 and 10 km long cross-country ski trail is suitable for any age group and as the name suggests, this cross-country skiing centre in the furthrest mountain village is very sun-exposed. The Alps village Weissenbach at 1300 m attracts many visitors with the 10 km long trail with a total of 110 m difference in altitude.

Since the beginning of the project, graphic representation has played a crucial role thanks to the valuable collaboration with visual artist eeviac. Since 2015, they have been performing in different line-ups, from three to six members, either instrumental or with singers. Their sound is inspired by 70s rock, mixed with desert and psychedelic grooves. In 2015, they debuted with the double-sided 7-inch Aktavas/Passavas, which gave rise to the band's mythology, developed from some fragments of enigmatic teachings. In autumn 2016 they released their first full-length album Anodnatius, co-produced by Go Down Records and Vincebus Eruptum Recordings. It reminds us of all the positive forces and light vibrations that are inside and outside of everything and everyone. In January 2019, the second chapter Cathodnatius was released, describing all the opposing forces and obscure vibrations we live in today. The album, featuring Conny Ochs on vocals, was released via Go Down and Vincebus Eruptum on vinyl, CD and digital. In June 2021, the band will release the live EP Karnak on a deluxe picture back disc with a special appearance by desert rock icon Mario Lalli on guitar. November 2023 will see the release of their third work, which will conclude the trilogy "mythologically". 𝐇𝐔𝐌𝐔𝐋𝐔𝐒 HUMULUS are a psych-stoner power trio from Bergamo, northern Italy and active in the international stoner rock scene since 2009. After several albums and EPs, HUMULUS will release their fourth album "The Deep" in February 2020. The album length of 50 minutes with only 6 songs is a clear sign of where the journey is heading. HUMULUS speciality are the ell-long, hypnotic stoner jams, which they mature in lonely jam sessions in the rehearsal room. The constrast forms of expression of the likeable trio range from fuzzy-rocky, to barrel-chested-doomy, to psychedelic-spacy. The three musicians, whose band name is the Latin word for hops, also have a passion for brewing beer: Since 2014, HUMULUS have been lovingly brewing their own beer, a dark "Stoner IPA", which they also bring along on tour!

The Hockey Club Gherdëina is the ice hockey team representing the Val Gardena. As one of the most traditional Italian ice hockey clubs, HCG is among the teams with the most appearances in Serie A. Last year, a second team was created, actively participating in IHL Division 1 (Serie C) and playing a crucial role in fostering young talents. The match of the 12th round of the IHL Division 1 will take place on Saturday, December 9th, at 20:30 in Corvara. On that occasion, the Hockey Club Gherdëina C will face the Hockey Club Piné. The Angel Parade in Corvara takes place for the fifth time! The local ice-skating team "Ice Angels" will open the event from 17:00 with a synchronised skating performance at the Corvara ice stadium. Afterwards, the angel parade will begin, illuminating the centre with torches and candles. Children and adults, musical groups and horse-drawn carriages form a magical procession. The festive parade ends at the Christmas market, where a concert with "die Haller", "Musicol", Paul & Hilda Schuen and the horn trio "Corns da munt Sassongher" will take place in the Christmas spirit while enjoying a warm mulled wine. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region.
