In addition, the South Tyrolean seal of quality marks out high-end produce from our fields and orchards that is turned into premium products. This produce includes eggs from happy free-range hens, organic milk and tasty meat from appropriate livestock farming. All this food meets stringent criteria that are much tougher than merely the legally prescribed standards. It is both grown and processed on site, improving its taste while helping to protect the environment. South Tyrolean quality products are the result of fertile soils, a living tradition and dedicated producers.
