It is awarded with the "Five Sails" by the Italian Environmental Association Legambiente and the Touring Club. Not only the landscape beauty was officialy recognized, but also the water quality and flora and fauna species richness.
Only two kilometres as the crow flies, and you'll find one of the most famous of our bathing lakes: the Kalterer See lake. In light of its water temperature, it is also known as the warmest bathing lake in the Alps. In effect, it can reach 28 degrees during the summer.
When you'll end up in front of the imposing Schlern massif and Santnerspitze, take a break at Völser Weiher lake , enjoy the view and rest. You can also get some fresh air in the midst of nature by our Gargazon and Toblach Naturbädern und natural pools.
Places of longing? Our lakes and natural pools! On the shore of transparent mountain lakes, in a hot thermal bath or bathing lake encircled by meadows, forests and majestic peaks, you'll be in awe. Which one would be more in your alley during a holiday?
