Apple blossom in South Tyrol

The apple trees are in bloom and there is a pleasant scent in the air: this awakens the soul after winter. Take a walk past the apple meadows in Meran/Merano and environs, in the Vinschgau valley or along the South Tyrolean Wine Road and keep your eyes peeled because the many farmers offer regional produce at their farms. A few kilometres further on, Lana celebrates the blossom festival days and at the blossom days in Eppan/Appiano, you can get in the mood for the warm season with a flower walk or wine tasting. Pick up some useful tips or simply enjoy delicious regional produce along the farming Gourmet Mile.

Discover the events

Each year in South Tyrol, we look forward to the warmer days, lush greenery and first outdoor festivals: chapels strike up for the Easter concert and farmers sell their produce at farmers’ markets. In short: we celebrate spring!
