At the Moarhof farm dairy, farmer Claudia Eder demonstrates how Ahrntal "Graukäse" and "Graukäse ziggolan" were made in the past. Every guest can make ziggolan themselves and then take it home.
You are invited to participate in a special showcooking of the dish “Calf's head on mashed potatoes, green sauce of chives and wild berries” created by Chef Marco Spinelli.
We offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of sustainable food production and enjoy unique culinary delights, where bio meat from producer Lüch Arciara will take center stage.

If you hike here, you will think time has stood still - that is how untouched nature is on this striking alpine peak at 2,000 metres above sea level. Today the Bosc da Plan farm in La Villa will host the foal survey of the South Tyrolean Haflinger and Norian foals born last spring.
The festival will celebrate 70 years of the Bosc da Plan farm as a stud station for the Haflinger breed.
The day is framed by musical entertainment and gastronomic specialities.

On Saturday, September 23 at 6 p.m., the Mölten hunting horn blowers will tune in for an aperitivo with complimentary appetizers.

The farm is situated in S. Maddalena in the Val Vasies Valley at an altitude of 1400 m to 1500 m - an ideal area for the animals. You have the possibility to visit not only the animals, but also an entire farm. Pigs, horses, cattle, goats, sheep, poultry, birds, llamas, cats and hares of all breeds are represented here, as well as domesticated animals from other continents. The animal population is constantly renewed. You can also combine your visit to the show farm with a walk along the "Talblickweg" - a hike with a wonderful Relax on our sunbathing lawn by the pond while the children let off steam on the spacious playground. We reserve the right to keep the park closed in case of bad weather.

The peacefulness and colours of autumn are the frame to "Saus dl Altonn", the flavours of autumn, an event created to exalt this wonderful period of the year with good food, the genuine produce of the land and activities dedicated to nature and to the Dolomites. From September 17th to October 1st 2023, a few mountain huts of Alta Badia, that can be reached on foot, by bicycle or by cableway, will be matched with a producer and the corresponding locally product of excellence. Each mountain hut will present a menu specially created for the occasion, highlighting the product assigned. Over the two weeks of the event, the producers will be present at the huts to illustrate the special features of their products, which may also be directly purchased.
The programme also envisages many other activities aimed at revealing the many excellences of Alta Badia, enjoying an absolutely unforgettable experience in the Dolomites.

Shopping Sterzing / Vipiteno, in one of the most beautiful streets of the alpine area. Merchants and innkeepers are presenting the event "The red carpet" with fashion, music and culinary specialities. The red carpet will turn the whole medieval centre in a unique shopping mile.
