Our events combines music and enjoyment in the village centre. Visitors can also expect a tasting of alpine and mediterranean delicacies during a traditional concert by our local music bands.

The return of the sheep from the summer pastures of the Ötztal Valley to the Schnalstal Valley has a long traditional story. The restaurants invite to the popular speciality weeks around the local sheep. From the local farmer, finest meat of sheep ends up on the plates of the guests. Rustic, traditional, refined, modern or re-created – there is the right enjoyment experience for every palate. Sustainability, nature and locality are not a trend in the Schnalstal Valley, but a way of life. The Schnalstal Valley has been since 2021 a Slow Food Presidium. Slow Food is a project that brings together more than 5000 unique food products from all over the world.

Join us on a special herbal hike on the Nörderberg mountain of Tschars and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of medicinal plants, trees and shrubs. Under the expert guidance of Melanie, herbalist and phytotherapist, we will discover the treasures of nature and learn exciting facts about traditional folk medicine and modern wild herb cuisine. On our leisurely walk to the Alpine pasture Tablander Alm, we will learn which medicinal plants grow right on our doorstep, how to recognize them and what mythical stories surround them. Experience a relaxing walk through the historic center of Bolzano, where culture and culinary delights meet. A visit of the Martinerhof is an experience for all beer lovers and those who want to learn more about the art of brewing beer. Under expert guidance, you will learn how our beer "Martinsbräu" is brewed and you can visit the brewhouse, the heart of every brewery, the fermentation and storage cellar, the malt tower and the bottling plant. Along the way, our different types of beer will be tasted and explained. The guided tour will be in Italian.

The authentic wine experience for all senses takes place in the newly created wing of the Cantina Kurtatsch. During the visit, you will gain fascinating insights into the importance of terroir, the variety of Kurtatsch’s vineyard sites, and its unique wines. The educational TERROIR Experience will lead you into the new dolomite barrique cellar with its natural rock wall and conclude with a tasting of 5 wines from our TERROIR line. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 18 people. Please note that dogs are welcome in our wine shop and on the terrace, but for hygiene reasons they cannot take part in the guided tours. Our events is entirely dedicated to the Tyrolean sounds of our local music bands. On some evenings, visitors can also enjoy performances by our traditional Bavarian folk dance, folk dance groups and the men's choir.

Once a week, things get cill and relaxed: In Riffian/Rifiano or Kuens/Caines, a favourite pub becomes a stage for live sounds and relaxed evenings. We start our hike in the picturesque village of Reischach and set off into the beautiful natural surroundings. The hiking trail leads us through gentle hills and dense forests. After around 1.5 to 2 hours, we reach Haidenberg, where traditional bread baking awaits us. Here we have the opportunity to learn more about the ancient craft of bread baking.
