Producers from the area offer their local and handmade products for tasting and for sale. Seasonal fruits and vegetables, bread, meat and sausage products, honey and jams, Liquors and juices, wood carvings and much more are offered.

During the Advent season, the Christmas stand in Neu-Vadena is opened on certain days by the local associations, serving mulled wine, hot dishes, sweets and more.

Christmas magic with a colorful program of events in Laag near Neumarkt.

The Margreid Lantern Advent invites you to enjoy the pre-Christmas season in an atmospheric setting. Mulled wine stands, an idyllic Christmas forest and lovingly designed lanterns decorating the streets and houses give Margreid a special Christmas glow.
A highlight is the Krampus run on 5 December, accompanied by St. Nicholas, who gives gifts to the children. Musical performances, Advent stories and culinary delights create a festive atmosphere for young and old alike.
On 23 December, the traditional charity mulled wine stand invites you to enjoy music and community spirit – and the most beautiful lantern decoration of the year is also awarded a prize.

Under expert guidance, you will learn how our beer "Martinsbräu" is brewed and you can visit the brewhouse, the heart of every brewery, the fermentation and storage cellar, the malt tower and the bottling plant. Along the way, our different types of beer will be tasted and explained. The guided tour will be in Italian.

The weapons for Castle Karneid|Cornedo were once forged here. Today, wines of strong character are produced here. And they play by the rules of nature. You can find out more secrets about the Pitzner winery and the special philosophy of the two young winemakers during a wine tasting in the new vinotheque and learn exciting facts about the process from grape to fine wine. This short wine journey will take you from juicy white wines to full-bodied reds. Wine tastings are possible during the opening hours of the Enothek from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between 9 am and 12 noon and between 2 pm and 6 pm. Immerse yourself in the world of Baron Longo. A walk through the biodynamically cultivated vineyards reveals the harmony between nature and winemaking – accompanied by our eleven Kune-Kune pigs, the small helpers who care for the vines. The path then leads to the late Baroque Baron Longo Palace, where architecture and wine meet in perfect balance. The visit concludes with a tasting of selected wines in the atmospheric Hall of the Barons.

Locally produced products simply taste better!
Fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs, spices, cheese, honey, wine, juice….and many more quality products cultivated and produced in Kaltern are being sold from 8 am to noon on the Square of the town. Come by and experience the taste of nature.
All these products have been produced and are being sold by the local farmers themselves.
In a matter of fact South Tyrol enjoys of a very good reputation as far as the production of quality products is concerned. Thanks to the accurate cultivation methods and the strict hygenic regulations there is no doubt that these goods are of the highest quality and of the best taste.

The bells are ringing all over the year but never as lovely and comforting as during Christmas. Maybe it’s the special atmosphere or the wonderful memories that let us love the Christmastime, but also the Christmas bells spread the magic – it’s simply the happiest time of the year. Sterzing in the north of Southtyrol is surrounded by the beautiful sound of ringing bells in all its forms and sounds. The hollow and smooth sound of the church bells, or even the friendly bells of local cows and farm animals – every bell has his own importance. Christmas in Sterzing is all about joyful bells with their warming sounds.

The christmas forest once again opens its doors and invites visitors into an atmospheric winter world. A quiet area to explore and a popular spot for atmospheric photos. Forst Zoo Near the FORST Pavilion you will find a small zoo with sheep – a short and pleasant stop especially for families. Market street and farmers’ market A wide range of regional products, craftsmanship, gift ideas, culinary specialties, and FORST gadgets. Hours: 10:00–18:00

Seis am Schlern is getting ready for a magical Advent and Christmas season!

In addition to the ice rink in the village square with skate rentals, there will be fascinating magic and fire shows, great live bands, contemplative Advent concerts, and atmospheric Christmas stories, providing a varied program. A winter experience for young and old alike!

A nighttime adventure you shouldn’t miss in winter!

At the Allriss Hut in the Pflersch Valley, you can enjoy moonlit tobogganing with friends and soak up the unique atmosphere of the winter mountains. Since the toboggan run is not illuminated, we recommend bringing a headlamp.

You can reach the mountain hut on foot in about 1 hour from St. Anton (Pflersch Valley).

The Allriss Hut is open every Tuesday and Friday until 10:00 p.m. (hot meals served until 8:00 p.m.).

You can pick up your basket at the farm and walk up to the Knottnkino - open-air cinema (approx. 20 min.) to enjoy the delicious products in the open air with a wonderful view. With master chef Gregor Eschgfäller you have the opportunity to create unique dishes and receive valuable professional tips. Whether you are a hobby chef or already have some experience - here you will learn special cooking techniques and conjure up a delicious three-course menu under professional guidance – straightforward, creative and with lots of tips for everyday cooking.

After cooking, we enjoy the dishes together, accompanied by a perfectly matched wine.

Taste 6 biodynamic wines while enjoying the panoramic view of the mountains, vineyards, and the city of Bolzano. During the tasting, our trained team will introduce you to our biodynamic way of working and the beginnings of South Tyrolean organic viticulture.
