18 May is International Museum Day with free admission to the South Tyrolean Folklore Museum. From 12.00 noon, the VSS provincial championship in "Ranggeln" will take place in the museum. In case of rain this tournament will be cancelled.

Our Packraft - Tour homerun (difficulty level medium) is something for adventurous water rats who want to test themselves and conquer the Adige river in their own boat. With action, fun and assertiveness, we master rapids, go around obstacles and relax on calm passages. Accompanied by one of our qualified guides, the tour begins at our rafting base in Rabland/Rablà, where the equipment is handed out. With bag and baggage we go to Ciardes/Tschars. Arriving at the boat entrance, we unpack our packrafts (inflatable kayaks) and pump them up. As soon as all the kayaks are ready, there is an introduction to the paddling technique and a detailed safety briefing. Shortly after, we're off into some extraordinary, splashing water fun. Safety: Only a safe experience is a lasting one. That's why our guides are highly trained. We also make no compromises when it comes to equipment. It is up to date and meets all required standards.

A spectacular rafting tour awaits you in Rabland/Rablà and leads you from Tschars/Ciardes through the idyllic landscape of the Vinschgau/Val Venosta Valley. At Tholerhof, both young and old, have the opportunity to gain their first riding experiences and get a feel for sitting in the saddle of these fascinating and powerful Haflinger horses and Shetland ponies. After riding, children can help with grooming and taking care of the horses. For more experienced riders, Tholerhof offers great rides in the forest around Aschbach. Do you want to be more secure and confident on forest roads and simple trails? Then the standardized riding technique training of the South Tyrolean bike schools is just right for you! In the basic course, you will learn everything important about bike knowledge, bike fitting, shifting, braking, control of slow curves, the correct position for up and downhill, and balance. The themes are conveyed through methodically processed exercises and completing the course will then also allow you to participate in all "orange" tours (medium difficulty) of the South Tyrolean bike guides.

Ready for an unforgettable adventure in the Dolomites? The day begins with an exciting ride on the funicular from Ortisei in Val Gardena, which takes us to an incredible altitude of 2000 meters. After the ascent, we tackle a short but demanding climb to the Raschötz Hut. The steep path rewards us with spectacular views. Continuing towards Ausserraschötz, we face a short pushing section. The beauty of the natural landscape compensates for every effort. From the Jochgrimm/Passo Oclini car park (individual arrival), the hike with hiking guide takes about 50 minutes through flowering alpine meadows and fragrant mountain pine forest up to the rocky, white summit of the Weißhorn/Corno Bianco (2313 m). At the top will be served a small South Tyrolean snack with freshly sliced bacon and cheese as well as wine and apple juice - and a box seat for the fabulous alpenglow. Headlamps are provided for the 30-minute descent. Those who want to experience this special tour need good shoes and should be sure-footed. Interested in visiting one of our characteristic farmsteads? The Moarhof farm in the hamlet of Obergoste invites you to take a tour of its barn, stables, petting zoo and dairy farm. Following the tour, you can savour some farm products such as milk, butter, yoghurt, cheese, smoked sausages called „Kaminwurzen“ and bacon.

A shuttle service takes you from your hike in the Pfossental valley back to Naturns in comfort. A limited number of booster seats are available for children. Shuttle Val di Fosse - A shuttle minibus takes you from Naturns to the Vorderkaser parking lot. From there you can hike through the charming Val di Fosse. The Alpine adventure trail is considered one of the most beautiful sections of the Merano High Mountain Trail and offers unique views of the mountain giants of the Texel Group. Limited booster seats are available for children. Dogs are only transported on request and with a muzzle. Bicycle transportation is not possible. The return journey must be booked separately.

Shuttle to the Nörderberg mountain – parking lot Kreuzbrünnl: Not in the mood for the narrow and steep mountain roads in South Tyrol? Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday a shuttle bus will take you from Naturns directly to the Kreuzbrünnl parking lot, starting point for wonderful hikes to the alpine pastures of the Nörderberg mountain, the Monte S. Vigilio or the mountain station of the Aschbach cable car. Alternatively, a shuttle from Kreuzbrünnl will take you back to Naturns. The return trip must be booked separately. It is also possible to take a bike with you! Limited booster seats for children are available. Dogs are transported only on request and with muzzle.
