Rosadira Bike Days from June 11 - 15, 2025 in the Eggental Valley Guided tours, workshops, South Tyrolean delights & get-togethers – all against the breathtaking backdrop of the Eggental Dolomites. For four days, everything in Welschnofen, Deutschnofen and Obereggen revolves around biking: from guided bike and e-bike tours at various skill levels to workshops for refining your riding technique or improving your mechanical skills. The program is rounded out by culinary highlights and relaxed afternoons in great company. Each location also features a range of exhibitors and opportunities to test bikes. Families are well taken care of too: a varied children's program ensures that even the youngest riders can explore the world of mountain biking in a playful way while the parents are out on tour. This event brings together people who love nothing more than exploring one of the most beautiful biking regions in the Dolomites on two wheels. We have selected the best trails at the Enduro World Cup venue for you. Conquering these demanding trails requires not only good physical fitness, but also plenty of experience. Although the cable cars make most of the ascents easier, there are still almost 3,000 metres of descent waiting for you to master. Spend a relaxing day after the HERO discovering the Dolomites and its culinary traditions while riding an electric bike in total HERO style. We’ve designed a route with several breaks, including some of the most stunning huts on the Seiser Alm plateau which you can access, naturally, by e-MTB. At the huts, prepare yourselves for a delicious aperitivo with your family or friends, or a wonderful lunch and a dessert. The HERO E-Gourmet ride departs and finishes in Selva Val Gardena. 200 spots are available. Start of the tour between 9:30 am and 10:30 am. The Ratschings Sky Trail is 27 kilometres long and involves not only 1610 metres of ascent and 1050 metres of descent, but also crossing the Jaufen Pass.

On Sunday, June 15, more than 300 young talents from all regions of Italy will compete at the “Combi” sports field in the Olympic Recurve and Compound bow disciplines. In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to try archery on a 3D course and a “classic” course, testing their accuracy. There will be also various exhibition and food stands, with the participation of Manni's Food Truck, Marlene and Loacker, to ensure excellent culinary offerings.

On Sunday, June 15th, the 2nd village run Nova Ponente | Deutschnofen will take place in Deutschnofen organized by the VSS Leichtatletik. Start at 11:00 am in the sports zone at the fairground.

This itinerary takes you from Mühlbach via Vintl and Kiens to Bruneck, along the river Rienz. Regarded as the beating heart of the Pustertal valley, this vibrant little town has a historic centre with a picturesque main street that invites you to stroll and indulge in some retail therapy. After a short stop in Bruneck, the tour follows an alternative route back to Mühlbach. On the way back, you will make a stop at the Capriz show dairy. There, you can enjoy a guided tour of the cheese museum and a tasting of the finest cheeses made from 100% South Tyrolean goat's and cow's milk. The Red Bull X-Alps is the world’s toughest adventure race. Our Packraft - Tour homerun (difficulty level medium) is something for adventurous water rats who want to test themselves and conquer the Adige river in their own boat. With action, fun and assertiveness, we master rapids, go around obstacles and relax on calm passages. Accompanied by one of our qualified guides, the tour begins at our rafting base in Rabland/Rablà, where the equipment is handed out. With bag and baggage we go to Ciardes/Tschars. Arriving at the boat entrance, we unpack our packrafts (inflatable kayaks) and pump them up. As soon as all the kayaks are ready, there is an introduction to the paddling technique and a detailed safety briefing. Shortly after, we're off into some extraordinary, splashing water fun. On Sunday, June 15th e September 15th, the Nigerstraße at the foot of the Rosengarten is reserved for hikers and cyclists. From 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, the road will be closed to cars and motorbikes. The cable cars from Welschnofen (Nova Levante) and Tiers (Tires) will bring all visitors car-free to the Nigerstraße, where the guesthouses along the road will serve regional culinary delights. A horse-drawn carriage will shuttle between Franzin Alm and Frommer Alm every 30 minutes from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. E-bikes can be rented from local bike rental shops by reservation and for a fee. An Outdoor Kitchen awaits you at Restaurant Tschein. At the same time, the Carezza Family Sunday takes place: 2 adults and 2 children can enjoy unlimited rides on all 6 summer lifts in Carezza for only 44 euros. At Tholerhof, both young and old, have the opportunity to gain their first riding experiences and get a feel for sitting in the saddle of these fascinating and powerful Haflinger horses and Shetland ponies. We will reach the Rodenecker Lüsner Alp by e-bike, then tackle the last few meters of elevation gain on foot to the summit cross of Astjoch (2,194 m).
