Tourdescription: After taking the Tiers cable car to the Frommer Alm mountain hut and the König Laurin 1+2 cable cars to the Kölner mountain hut, our hike begins. The ascent from the Hirzelsteig to the Vajolon Pass (2,560 m) is steep but relatively short. A short iron ladder helps us to overcome the rocks. We then descend to the Rotwand hut, where we take a break. We then follow the high trail past the Christomannos monument to the Paolina hut. From here we take the lifts and the bus back to our starting point in St. Cyprian. Explore the wonderful world of the Dolomites on two wheels by E-MTB, electric pedal-assisted mountain bikes. Easy and medium difficulty routes on breathtaking trails on the Piz La Ila - Piz Sorega plateau. Over 14 years of age only. Starting from Laion, the taxi takes us through the Val Gardena to the Sella Pass (2,180m). The hike begins with a steady climb up to the Toni Demetz mountain hut (2,681m). Adventurous people can also take the gondola to the hut (ticket not included). At the top, we enjoy the splendid view of the surrounding mountains before descending to the Rifugio Vicenza hut (2,253m). Adventure, adrenalin and breath-taking views: all this lies store for you in the exciting 4 Peaks Alta Badia challenge. The aim of this challenge is to conquer the four summits Sas dla Crusc - Santa Croce 2,907 m, Piza dales Diesc - Cima Dieci 3,02 6m, Lavarela 3,055 m and Conturines 3,064 m, on the edge of the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. The ascent of these four mountains is to be attempted only by experienced climbers, as these peaks cannot be reached just on easy, well-sign-posted paths, but also via routes with some very exposed sections. As proof of your achievement you will have a pass which must be stamped every time you reach one of the four summits. All those who manage to complete the challenge in two or more days will have the title “Alta Badia Finisher” conferred upon them. If you manage to complete the ascent of all four summits in one day you will be crowned with the coveted and highly deserved title of “Alta Badia Mountaineer”. In both cases you will take up your place of honour in the “Wall of Fame” which can be viewed online.

By shuttle or cablecar to Pawigl, then along a beautiful forest path to St. Vigil church with magnificent panoramic views of the Dolomites. On short but steeper passages we ride up to 2000 metres to the Rauher Bühel before descending to the Naturnser Alm. We ride along easy trails to the ‘Gampl’ family mountain hut, where we have lunch. Finally, we return to our bus via beautiful forest paths past a lake, the ‘Schwarze Lacke’.
