Accompanied by the instructors of the Bike School, enter the heart of the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and be enraptured by the spectacle offered by the forests and mountains of the Dolomites. But it‘s not only your eyes that will be satisfied: you are in a true MTB paradise and can fully enjoy yourself in a rollercoaster of breathtaking ascents and descents. Please note: the route has a minimum altitude difference of 1000 m. To enjoy the experience at its best, and to make it accessible to everyone, we ask you to use an electric bike. Bike and helmet are not included.

At Tholerhof, both young and old, have the opportunity to gain their first riding experiences and get a feel for sitting in the saddle of these fascinating and powerful Haflinger horses and Shetland ponies. After riding, children can help with grooming and taking care of the horses. For more experienced riders, Tholerhof offers great rides in the forest around Aschbach. From high up on the horse, you'll see the surroundings from a more impressive perspective.

Shuttle to the Nörderberg mountain – parking lot Kreuzbrünnl: Not in the mood for the narrow and steep mountain roads in South Tyrol? Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday a shuttle bus will take you from Naturns directly to the Kreuzbrünnl parking lot, starting point for wonderful hikes to the alpine pastures of the Nörderberg mountain, the Monte S. Vigilio or the mountain station of the Aschbach cable car. Alternatively, a shuttle from Kreuzbrünnl will take you back to Naturns. The return trip must be booked separately. It is also possible to take a bike with you! Limited booster seats for children are available. Dogs are transported only on request and with muzzle.

After a wonderful hike on the Naturnser Nörderberg mountain, a shuttle minibus will bring you back to Naturns. The return journey must be booked separately. From Lana, we cycle towards Gargazon through the apple orchards before taking the Moosweg uphill to Tisens. With marvellous views of the Burggrafenamt, we continue along beautiful flowing trails to Prissian, Grissian and Naraun. We have reached the highest point at Völlaner Badl and now follow a beautiful descent with various trails to Lana. 35 km - 800 m elevation gain

One of the most beautiful and panoramic routes to this spectacular panoramic mountain in the Merano region is via the Heini Holzer via ferrata. The 550-metre climb is perfectly secured with 1000 metres of steel cable and is of medium difficulty (A - B - B/C). Under the expert guidance of a certified mountain guide, you conquer the impressive passages on the rugged rock faces of Ifinger peak. Via ferrata beginners and families with children from the age of 14 who enjoy walking and climbing will find here a feasible sporting challenge and enjoy an unforgettable experience!

From Naturno you cycle comfortably along the Adige cycle path to Merano. From the Thermenplatz square, head eastwards through the Elisabeth Park into the Passeier Valley. Mostly flat, with a slight incline, you can enjoy the marvellous landscape along the Passeier cycle path (19 km). The refreshing air of the Passer accompanies you along the entire cycle path to St. Leonhard. Every Tuesday a shuttle takes you to the Schartegg car park on the Tscharser Nörderberg mountain. There is the starting point for wonderful hikes to the different alpine pastures. Mountain bikers can explore the new bike area of Nörderberg mountain starting from the Schartegg car park. Limited booster seats for children are available. Explore the area in a very special way: on a carriage ride with Haflinger horses. Twice a week, Sonja from the Sulfner riding stable harnesses her good-natured blondes and offers an animal and romantic experience for horse lovers of all ages.
