Rosadira Bike Days from June 11 - 15, 2025 in the Eggental Valley Guided tours, workshops, South Tyrolean delights & get-togethers – all against the breathtaking backdrop of the Eggental Dolomites. For four days, everything in Welschnofen, Deutschnofen and Obereggen revolves around biking: from guided bike and e-bike tours at various skill levels to workshops for refining your riding technique or improving your mechanical skills. The program is rounded out by culinary highlights and relaxed afternoons in great company. Each location also features a range of exhibitors and opportunities to test bikes. Families are well taken care of too: a varied children's program ensures that even the youngest riders can explore the world of mountain biking in a playful way while the parents are out on tour. This event brings together people who love nothing more than exploring one of the most beautiful biking regions in the Dolomites on two wheels. Those who enjoy meeting like-minded enthusiasts, heading out on tours together, and discovering new things.

Our Packraft - Tour homerun (difficulty level medium) is something for adventurous water rats who want to test themselves and conquer the Adige river in their own boat. With action, fun and assertiveness, we master rapids, go around obstacles and relax on calm passages. Accompanied by one of our qualified guides, the tour begins at our rafting base in Rabland/Rablà, where the equipment is handed out. With bag and baggage we go to Ciardes/Tschars. Arriving at the boat entrance, we unpack our packrafts (inflatable kayaks) and pump them up. As soon as all the kayaks are ready, there is an introduction to the paddling technique and a detailed safety briefing. Shortly after, we're off into some extraordinary, splashing water fun. Safety: Only a safe experience is a lasting one. That's why our guides are highly trained. We also make no compromises when it comes to equipment. It is up to date and meets all required standards.

A walk in the woods has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system and heart and promote well-being. Movement trainer Evi accompanies you and shows you how you can do great exercises for your core, back and torso with the help of soft moss, gnarled roots and resinous trees - to really calm down. The Latemar Ronda – Our most famous tour in the Eggental Valley.
