Our tour starts right at the valley station of the Rosskopf cable car. Together, we first take the cable car to the mountain station, where our impressive circular hike through breathtaking mountain scenery begins. Our tour takes us first along trail no. 24 to the summit of the Rosskopf (2,189 m). From there, we continue our hike along a ridge, where sure-footedness and a head for heights are essential. We then hike along trail no. 23 to the Ochsenscharte and finally to the Telfer Weißen. After a well-deserved break with a magnificent view, we make our way back together to the Rosskopf cable car mountain station. The "Seven Lakes Tour" is a demanding but truly rewarding hike in the Ridnaun high mountains. We save the first two hours and 600 metres in altitude thanks to the shuttle that takes us from Maiern to the Moarerbergalm. From there we dive into the unmistakable world of the glacier lakes, in whose mostly calm surface shimmering sky spectacles are impressively reflected. For thousands of years, the lakes have been witnesses to the glacial world of the Ice Age. On our circular hike we enjoy the dreamlike view of the Moarer Weißen, also called the Ridnaun Dolomites. Ascent: 2h - 600 vertical meters and 3km (moderately steep) Descent: 4 to 6 hours - 1,350 vertical meters and 11 km (steep and bumpy) A break is made halfway along the Trüber See lake with your own provisions, no stop at a hut is planned. The hike only takes place in optimal weather conditions! Surefootedness, good stamina and a head for heights are necessary for some short passages!

From Laion, we take a taxi to the starting point at the "Ramitzler Schwaige" hut. From there, we hike with our guide Herbert up to Resciesa. Upon reaching the summit cross, we can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and the breathtaking view. Their practice sessions will take place at the sports field in Stegen. A test match against Glasgow Rangers W.F.C. is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30 at 5.00 pm. at the Stegen sports field. Our Packraft - Tour homerun (difficulty level medium) is something for adventurous water rats who want to test themselves and conquer the Adige river in their own boat. With action, fun and assertiveness, we master rapids, go around obstacles and relax on calm passages. Accompanied by one of our qualified guides, the tour begins at our rafting base in Rabland/Rablà, where the equipment is handed out. With bag and baggage we go to Ciardes/Tschars. Arriving at the boat entrance, we unpack our packrafts (inflatable kayaks) and pump them up. As soon as all the kayaks are ready, there is an introduction to the paddling technique and a detailed safety briefing. Shortly after, we're off into some extraordinary, splashing water fun. Safety: Only a safe experience is a lasting one. That's why our guides are highly trained. We also make no compromises when it comes to equipment. It is up to date and meets all required standards.

Adventure, adrenalin and breath-taking views: all this lies store for you in the exciting 4 Peaks Alta Badia challenge. The aim of this challenge is to conquer the four summits Sas dla Crusc - Santa Croce 2,907 m, Piza dales Diesc - Cima Dieci 3,02 6m, Lavarela 3,055 m and Conturines 3,064 m, on the edge of the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. The ascent of these four mountains is to be attempted only by experienced climbers, as these peaks cannot be reached just on easy, well-sign-posted paths, but also via routes with some very exposed sections. As proof of your achievement you will have a pass which must be stamped every time you reach one of the four summits. All those who manage to complete the challenge in two or more days will have the title “Alta Badia Finisher” conferred upon them. If you manage to complete the ascent of all four summits in one day you will be crowned with the coveted and highly deserved title of “Alta Badia Mountaineer”. In both cases you will take up your place of honour in the “Wall of Fame” which can be viewed online.
