In the middle of untouched natural landscape lies the Neuhüttalm at 1,791m above Aldein. It is a great hiking area with super views. The Neuhütt team provides fresh, homemade dishes and traditional South Tyrolean food.

Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate! Appetite to get our Tyrolean Geröstl, or can it would rather be a freshly baked apple pie? The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.

Small, easily accessible alpine hut at the foot of the Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountain. The Murmeltier hut offers a cosy atmosphere and serves simple hot and cold dishes, as well as home-made cakes.

Built in the year 1888 from the Regensburg Section of the DÖAV and given to the CAI of Florence in the year 1920, the Firenze Hut is located in the NATURAL PARK of PUEZ-ODLE close to the Odle mountains (S) in S. Cristina Val Gardena.

The Cottage is on 1.600m at Anterselva di Mezzo. Here South Tyrolean hut specialties are prepared using local quality products, with much love on the original wood stove.

Starting point: Flading, Racines di Dentro (1.482m) The mountain pasture Klammalm can be reached via Flading. You can either drive to the valley by car or walk across the Ratschinger Almenweg to the end of the valley. Walking time Bichl-Flading: approx. 1,5 hrs. from Flading you reach the Klammalm, following the marked trail no. 12 to the mountain pasture. Alternative: reachable also across the Ratschinger Almenweg

Auer Leger Alm is at 1872 m between the Lavazé Pass and Oclini Pass. In the winter, we invite you after a cross-country skiing tour or a toboggan day one at a refreshment. In this known Almrestaurant we spoil you with regional delicacies Tyrolean style, game specialties and traditional "Strauben". In the summer there are various delicacies except to observe our petting zoo and live the lush grazing cattle have the option. Gurndin family also owns several purebred St. Bernard dogs that have already brought many eyes will amaze you. Both in winter and in summer we offer sleigh rides with horses. Hot food from 11:30 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

Starting point: valley head Ridanna – Masseria (1.417m) The starting point for this hike is the valley head of Ridanna. Follow the trail no. 28 over a wide path, past the ore processing facility of the mine. The signs to the Stadlalm lead through the beautiful forest of the Lazzacher valley. At the fork turn right to the mountain pasture Stadlalm. Alternative 1: reachable also over the nature trail of the Mining Museum. Alternative 2: circuit cross the panoramic platform Hoher Nock with a 360° panorama view

The Sternhütte mountain inn is located on the leisure mountain Rosskopf near Vipiteno/Sterzing. The inn offers local dishes and fresh products.

Starting point: Entholz – Gasse (1.438m) From the hamlet “Gasse” in Ridanna drive on asphalted road southwards to the group of farmhouses Entholz. From Entholz hike through the forest and follow path no. 25 towards the mountain pasture Outer Wurzeralm. Alternative: reachable also across Pratone on asphalted road Tip: large playground, ideal for mountain bikers

Our hut is situated on the Sella Pass in the middle of the breathtaking Dolomites scenery. Thanks to its position between Val Gardena and Val di Fassa, you can enjoy a fantastic 360° view. In winter you can reach us directly via the Sellaronda. In summer, however, you can reach us either from the Sella Pass after a comfortable 25-minute walk or from Campitello di Fassa with the Col Rodella cable car and after a 20-minute walk downhill towards the Sella Pass. Another option to reach us is by bike in 10 minutes from the Sella Pass or downhill from the Col Rodella cable car towards the Sella Pass in only 5 minutes. A large selection of creative culinary dishes from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine awaits you here. Also pizza lovers will not miss out(only winter). Starting point: Mittertal, Val Giovo (1.150m) From Mittertal you start on trail no. 13 in the direction of the Sennerberg valley and continue along the trail to the mountain pasture Bärnfiechtalm. Tip: grey cheese and alpine butter

The Radlseehütte (2284 m) in the Sarntal Alps is located in a beautiful location at the Radlsee east of the Königsangers peak (2436 m).
