On Wednesday of each week you can ski from one alpine hut to the next and taste the Bestof togheter with a specialized sommelier. The tasting includes various hand made milk products from local dairy cooperatives. A ski instructor takes care of you and will bring you back safely.

A sunset aperitif makes your ski day in the Carezza ski area truly special. In the Laurins Lounge, the highest panoramic lounge in South Tyrol, you can unwind and enjoy the moment. Wine-tasting with Alto Adige wines at 2000 m. The Wine Skisafari offers a cheerful expedition on skis across the country’s multitude of wines. Tickets are available online and also on the day of the event at participating huts: - Ütia Bioch - Pralongiá hut - Piz Arlara - I Tablá Alta Badia, the Dolomite region for epicurean holidays, supports, among other things, the responsible use of alcohol under the motto: taste, enjoy, but don't overdo it. Too much alcohol on the slopes slows down reflexes and can cause accidents even on the ski slopes. Please remember, when skiing, the consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderate quantities, fines will be imposed if the alcohol level exceeds 0.5 per mille. n the villages of Vilpian, Siebeneich and Terlan asparagus has been grown for centuries. Today 15 asparagus growers in Terlan plant approx. 10 ha of high quality asparagus and sell it under the trade mark and hallmark of excellence Margarete. The elegant looking and extremely mild tasting Terlan asparagus is very popular with the connoisseurs of this white spring vegetable. In April and May several restaurants invite visitors to enjoy classic and creative asparagus dishes made with the valuable Margarete asparagus. Fresh asparagus with home-cured ham, boiled potatoes and Bozner sauce is one of the classics. The meal is accompanied by the fine, mineral containing Terlano “asparagus wine” (Sauvignon) from the Terlan winery.

If you hadn’t realised it before, when the first rays of sun timidly appear on the surrounding peaks you will see just how much it was worth getting up so early. A sunrise mountain tour on the Schlern mountain is a very special experience. A shuttle bus will take you to the Saltner Tschapit hut, where the ascent begins. Equipped with headlamps, you will arrive at Monte Petz (2,564 m) at around 6:50, in perfect time for the sunrise. After this natural spectacle, a well-earned breakfast awaits you at the Schlernhaus mountain refuge, also known as the “castle in the mountains”. “Morning is the golden hour”. Never a truer word was said, as you’ll see when you get to the Rosszahnscharte ridge high above the Seiser Alm and behold the glow of early-morning light over the Dolomites at dawn. A shuttle service will take you to the Seiser Alm. Together with the mountain guide, you hike towards Panorama and, later, cross the slopes of the Goldknopf at the foot of the Rosszahnscharte ridge. A narrow hiking trail then winds upwards in a steep ascent to the Rosszahnscharte ridge (2,499 m), for the breath-taking beauty of the sunrise. Just a few minutes’ walk from here will take you to the Tierser Alpl mountain refuge, where you can recharge your batteries for the descent with a mountain breakfast. The farmers’ festival at Teis, which will take place on 19th October 2025, is one of South Tyrol’s most traditional festivals and a true journey of discovery through the crafts and customs of the Villnöss valley. On the festival, you’ll learn how to do old farm crafts such as baking bread, weaving baskets and hats, felting, carving and pottery.
