Whether about the biodynamic cultivation of apples, the right temperature of milk for butter production or the suitable slope of the Lagrein: there is a lot of exciting knowledge about South Tyrolean quality products that you can learn during unforgettable experiences. One or two times you can even lend a hand yourself. You will soon notice: Those who know more, taste more.
For four days from 18th to 21st September, the motto in South Tyrol is: go out and collect waste together. Participate with your team or alone, clean up and enjoy the nature at the South Tyrol CleanUp Days. The Ahrntal valley invites you to actively participate. Make your mark too by joining in.
