Spend a relaxing day after the HERO discovering the Dolomites and its culinary traditions while riding an electric bike in total HERO style. We’ve designed a route with several breaks, including some of the most stunning huts on the Seiser Alm plateau which you can access, naturally, by e-MTB. At the huts, prepare yourselves for a delicious aperitivo with your family or friends, or a wonderful lunch and a dessert. The HERO E-Gourmet ride departs and finishes in Selva Val Gardena. 200 spots are available. Start of the tour between 9.30 am and 11.00 am. You can choose between two routes (25 km/750 hm or 35 km/960 hm).

Anna-Maria from the Kronlechnerhof farm is a farmer with passion. On her farm in Welschnofen | Nova Levante there are various animals and in summer she has a colourful garden with all types of vegetables and fruits. After a short tour of the farm we cook together various types of dumplings with the farm products. Finally, we taste together the dumplings. All participants will receive the recipes of the South Tyrolean specialities to take home. The traditional "Grondelbodenfest" Below Kastelruth lies the small village of Grondelboden, the residents and guests celebrate alongside music, culinary specialties and drinks into a late summer night.

A wonderful evening entirely dedicated to Caldaro’s white wines. Fresh, fruity, with nuances going from greenish to bright yellow and hints of apple, banana or pineapple. South Tyrolean white wines are amongst Italy’s best wines. A unique occasion to taste the very best of South Tyrolean’s wine road. Through a “blind tasting” a jury of experts and wine connoisseurs carefully chooses the wines which will be presented during this event. Sight, smell and taste – these are the three senses that will be the leading characters of this wonderful summer evening.

South Tyrolean handicrafts will be on display and traditional South Tyrolean products will be presented and offered for tasting and sale. The evening is accompanied by music. From 09.07.2024 onward, will be the stores also open during the evenings of the craft market from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Would you like to discover new and delicious Ladin recipes with a chef in a mountain hut in the unique setting of the Dolomites? Each participant will prepare a typical dish with the chef and then taste it. Today you will learn how to prepare the typical ravioli staffed with spinach and ricotta cheese. Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online by the day before (limited places). During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

At the successful event series, various associations are again at the start this year and provide good entertainment, drinks & snacks. There are three atmospheric evenings in common.

The farmers demonstrate step by step how to mix all ingredients to form a dough. People are invited to lend a hand, and while the dough rises, they may discover the farm, the garden and the animals such as cows, calves, pigs and rabbits. Finally, the loaves will be baked in a wood-burning oven and, afterwards, tasted together. An interesting and exciting experience for the whole family! Shopping on hot summer eventings - June to August is the time of the "long shopping evenings" in the centre of Lana. These evenings are a meeting point for locals and guests to stroll and browse through the shops. Shopping until late in the evening - this is what is on offer in Lana on the balmy summer evenings from 29 June to 17 August 2023: In the pedestrian zone Lana am Gries, visitors can look forward to eight "long shopping evenings" with shops open until 9 pm. In the pedestrian zone, shopping becomes a very special experience: stroll through the pedestrian zone, discover a wide range of offers in the numerous shops, enjoy the evening... For a break in between, the cosy cafés and restaurants invite you to linger.

With the Rosskopf cable car to the mountain station and then with the Panorama Bahn to 2200m to the Wishing Bell, which brings hope, joy, and confidence when it rings and carries your wishes over the peaks of the mountains. Descending gently, we continue to the Telfer Almen to the Kuhalm, where participants will be rewarded with a cheese tasting. Return via the hiking trail to the Rosskopf mountain station, where you can return to the starting point with the cable car.
