Beautiful viewpoints of the entire Adige Valley and the Trudner Horn Nature Park reward hikers along the way.

    Exploring the Pinot Noir paradise in Mazon/Mazzon

    From the historic centre of Neumarkt with its famous arcades, we hike along the Geigerhäuslsteig trail to the Pinot Noir heaven of Mazon. We stroll at the foot of the Trudner Horn Nature Park through magnificent vineyards and learn all kinds of exciting stories about the market town of Neumarkt, one of the most beautiful town centres in Italy, wine growing and the numerous historical treasures along the way, from Castel Kaldiff to the Romanesque St. Michael's Church. The tour is family-friendly and informative panels provide numerous insights into the area and its people. Beautiful viewpoints of the entire Adige Valley and Lake Kaltern reward hikers along the way.

    Excursion with guided tour to the mountain goat bio-farm in Stelvio

    The Faslar mountain farm is located above the picturesque village of Stelvio. Here, the Haas family, consisting of young farmers, passionately manages their organic goat farm with around 60 German goats. A pleasant hike leads from Gamagoi through the mountain village of Stelvio, where it is said that even chickens need crampons due to the steep terrain. But where art, culture and tradition also come together in a very original way. Once at the Faslarhof farm, the Haas family will give you an insight into their daily life in the mountains and let you taste some of their farm produce. Well fortified, we return to Prato together with our hiking guide Sigrid via the historical mining-themed 'Archaikweg' trail. After the descent, the local organic dairy in the village opens its doors to participants, who can take a brief look at the milk processing centre, where fresh hay milk is carefully processed into cheese.
