Learn about hidden historical treasures along the way, find out all kinds of exciting stories about wine growing in South Tyrol and enjoy local delicacies to go with a drop of our product of excellence, Pinot Noir. The trail is interactive and family-friendly and passes numerous sights such as the archaeological sites of Castelfeder, the Fleimstal railway, Castel Kaldiff or Kichelberg and runs past the magnificent waterfalls of the Schwarzenbach and Glen. Beautiful viewpoints of the entire Adige Valley and the Trudner Horn Nature Park reward hikers along the way.

From the historic centre of Neumarkt with its famous arcades, we hike along the Geigerhäuslsteig trail to the Pinot Noir heaven of Mazon. We stroll at the foot of the Trudner Horn Nature Park through magnificent vineyards and learn all kinds of exciting stories about the market town of Neumarkt, one of the most beautiful town centres in Italy, wine growing and the numerous historical treasures along the way, from Castel Kaldiff to the Romanesque St. Michael's Church. The tour is family-friendly and informative panels provide numerous insights into the area and its people. Beautiful viewpoints of the entire Adige Valley and Lake Kaltern reward hikers along the way.

Alpine show cooking with tasting of sheep specialties from Martin's farm store, organic gin from Niedersteinhof farm and cheese specialties from Wegerhof cheese dairy at 1,850 m, framed by an impressive hike in the Stuller Mahder. Ride with the shuttle to the various starting points. Continue on foot to the Wildschützhütte, where culinary delights await all participants. Free guided tours of the Swiss Mountain Pine Oil Distillery on the Alps of Barbiano/Barbian from 15th May until 30th October 2024 every Wednesday from 10.00 am to 4.30 pm. Hike from St. Leonhard/S. Leonardo via the E5 to the Schiefer fish farm. Experience an exciting tour of the vineyards with the winemaker of the Falkenstein Winery. Learn interesting facts about climate, soil, grape varieties, their care and history. How does the production of delicious mozzarella work? During a farm tour at the Wegerhof you can not only take a look behind the scenes, but also learn first-hand how the white gold of the Passeiertal Valley is refined into tasty mozzarella. Traditional farmhouse bread straight from the stone oven simply tastes delicious. You can experience how it is made every second Friday from mid-May to the beginning of October at the Untereggerhof. And maybe you'll be lucky and the innkeeper and farmer Gottfried will tell you the recipe. In any case, you can also try the freshly baked farmhouse bread.

The colourful fruit that blossoms and ripens everywhere here is legendary, healthy and of symbolic significance for our high plateau. The guided apple hike includes an educational excursion to the apple trees that line the path everywhere here, as well as a film presentation and, of course, apple tasting! From 23 to 26 May 2024, the new schenna e.motion event will be all about electric mobility and enjoyment. In addition to excursions with electric vehicles to the most beautiful places in South Tyrol, there will be a special supporting programme with an e-test and safety day in Bolzano, a tour of an e-plant, high-class enjoyment evenings and much more.

The Faslar mountain farm is located above the picturesque village of Stelvio. Here, the Haas family, consisting of young farmers, passionately manages their organic goat farm with around 60 German goats. A pleasant hike leads from Gamagoi through the mountain village of Stelvio, where it is said that even chickens need crampons due to the steep terrain. But where art, culture and tradition also come together in a very original way. Once at the Faslarhof farm, the Haas family will give you an insight into their daily life in the mountains and let you taste some of their farm produce. Well fortified, we return to Prato together with our hiking guide Sigrid via the historical mining-themed 'Archaikweg' trail. After the descent, the local organic dairy in the village opens its doors to participants, who can take a brief look at the milk processing centre, where fresh hay milk is carefully processed into cheese.
