Sonja will provide you with information about the South Tyrolean Alpine apple, variety overview, cultivation methods, field work, processing, and marketing. You can expect a tasting of apples and apple juice from a local producer, along with a short walk through nearby orchards. Duration is approximately 1.5 hours. A minimum of 4 participants is required. Meeting point is directly at the Kalterer Moos farm No. 16, Pomaria Court, after the Moos Bar (gas station towards Auer) 20 meters.
