On Saturday, 25th May 2024, the medieval town of Klausen turns into a wine course, which invites everyone to taste the best Eisacktal valley wines. Along the alleys you will find the characteristic grape varieties of the Eisacktal's top wines for tasting. Tickets for the tasting ca be bought directly at the event (online tickets only until 5 pm).

Saint Urban of Langres is the patron of wine in the German speaking area. He is celebrated on the 25th of May. For this occasion a prayer for good weather and the blessing of the wineries takes place in the chapel of the 'Köstenholz' residence at 6 p.m.. Afterwards, the wineries of Terlano and Settequerce/Siebeneich serve their precious wines and some culinary delights – be it sunny or rainy. We are the party Music festivals, family festivals, children's festivals. There are many festivals in South Tyrol. From 25 and 26 May 2024, the House of Solidarity (HdS) in Bressanone/Brixen will be hosting the 19th edition of the Zugluftfest, an open, colorful and charming festival for everyone. It will once again take place at the new location at the Jakob-Steiner-Haus in Milland. The coronavirus regulations will be adhered to. Under the motto "The festival is us", this year's Zugluftfest aims to focus on those who make up the special atmosphere of this event: the festival visitors. 200 volunteers help to put on a colorful festival as a moment of encounter for around 2,500 visitors. The Zugluftfest will once again take place in front of the HdS headquarters at Vintlerweg 34, near the Jakob-Steiner-Haus. This year, however, the joyful festival does not want to ignore the contemplative occasion. Rather, it is also a commemoration of the Aldein missionary Luis Lintner, whose name the house bears.

From 25 May to 9 June 2024, the restaurants and mountain huts in Aldein, Radein and Jochgrimm will be offering a variety of spring dishes with seasonal and regional products.

Family festival in Ehrenburg/Casteldarne - Celebrating Family Sunday with fun and enjoyment at the children's playground in Ehrenburg/Casteldarne. Plenty of food and entertainment is provided. In case of bad weather conditions the festival will not take place!

Bees are irreplaceable in our ecosystem and agriculture. Simply put: they are necessary for the survival of us humans. As the third most important "farm" animal (after cattle and pigs), bees pollinate 80% of our crops. How about a rustic South Tyrolean Speck platter, a delicious trio of dumplings or a traditional apple strudel? Four times a year Marlengo’s inns and restaurants invite visitors to the traditional “Taller & Tuba” festival on the fairground, where they prepare typical fresh dishes. Musical entertainment is provided by a local band and accordion players. Naturally products are also on offer there from the Merano cellars and private winegrowers.

Immerse yourself in the wonderful world of the honey bee. Together with beekeeper Michael, you will open a beehive at one of his travelling stands, watch the busy bees at work and learn all sorts of interesting facts about them. The tour ends with a tasting of various honey products. During a guided exploratory walk through the vineyards with winegrower Michl, you will learn everything you need to know about wine: from its history, to care measures, varieties and marketing. At the end of the exploration you can taste South Tyrolean wines and thus get to know the aromas and tastes of the region.

On Friday, May 31st, 2024 wein.kaltern will be presenting some of the very best 2022 Kalterersee wines and other red wines at an outdoor event on the Marktplatz main village square. The trail leads you from the Jenesiener Jöchl Alm to the Möltner Kaser up to the Stoanernen Mandlen. If you hike here, you will think time has stood still - that is how untouched nature is on this striking alpine peak at 2,000 metres above sea level. Morning pint above the clouds - Welcome to South Tyrol's highest panorama lounge on the Rosengarten | Catinaccio at 2334 metres. Every Saturday from 1 June to 2 November from 9.30 am, the Laurins Lounge team invites you to a pleasant morning pint with a breathtaking 360° view of Rosengarten | Catinaccio, Latemar, Schlern | Sciliar and the whole landscape of South Tyrol.

At the Bergler Harass picnic in Tiers am Rosengarten, nature lovers can savour a range of hearty farmers’ fare with a view over the legendary Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage). The picnic will take place on June 2nd at the Wuhnleger, an Alpine meadow with a small lake whose waters reflect the Rosengarten. A wooden crate (namend harass in german dialect) will serve as a picnic basket, jam-packed with traditional products from Tiers, including sheep’s cheese, venison salami, Tiers bread, butter, milk, raspberry juice and doughnuts. You pay for what you choose as content. The participants can enjoy the afternoon sitting on a blanket down the shady larchs. Musical entertainment will round off this sociable afternoon to perfection. Registration is not required.

Traditional Alpine folk music: reinterpreted by emerging South Tyrolean artists! On the majestic Nörderberg Mountain in Naturno/Naturns, the Alpine mountain hut season kicks off with a new music festival showcasing upcoming South Tyrolean talent, reinterpreting traditional Alpine folk songs. Throughout the day, four different groups are scheduled to perform at four mountain huts on the Nörderberg.

The Welschnofen | Nova Levante folk dance group invites to the 'Frühschoppen'. Food and drinks will be provided.
