Traditional autumn market with regional products of the harvest season. Food, drink and music are well provided for! In addition to local regional products, high-quality handicraft products as well as typical market items are offered. This market has been held in Prad every year on 21 September since the 19th century.

Shopping Sterzing / Vipiteno, in one of the most beautiful streets of the alpine area. Merchants and innkeepers are presenting the event "The red carpet" with fashion, music and culinary specialities. The red carpet will turn the whole medieval centre in a unique shopping mile.

At 10.30 a.m. the feast starts with the celebration of the word and the blessing of the cattle at the cross Schnaggen. Afterwards the festivities begin with musical entertainment by the "Oachner Böhmische" and "Haniger Buabm". Food and drink are well provided. Enjoy fresh farmer's Krapfen directly there. There will also be entertainment for children and the Oachner Goaßlschnöller.

Cern dl lüch / Meat by the farm Lüch Arciara At the Ütia Club Moritzino, a special menu based on meat by the farm Lüch Arciara in La Val will be offered. The producer himself will be present and will explain the peculiarities of his product. The menu: South Tyrolean beef tartare, with melted onion and crispy puccia bread Ravioli filled with cheese fondue, speck consommé, beetroots Braised veal cheek, pumpkin, and licorice sauce Musical entertainment with the group Arton Duo will be the perfect soundtrack to accompany your experiences related to our products. A special Sunday on the Watles adventure mountain for the whole family. At the ‘Watlessunnta’ you can expect live music with the band Oberwind at the Plantapatsch mountain hut. Our events is entirely dedicated to the Tyrolean sounds of our local music bands. In addition, visitors can also expect performances by our local Bavarian folk dance and folk dance groups on some evenings.

The South Tyrolean Marende is traditionally eaten in the afternoon (between lunch and dinner) and consists of South Tyrolean speck, Schüttelbrot bread and a glass of wine. It is also often accompanied by a Kaminwurz and cheese. Today, the Marende is still a tradition among farmers and can also be found on the menus of mountain huts and restaurants. Get to know the traditional Marende and experience the essence of South Tyrol on your plate! The event is held in German and Italian.

Guided "Törggele" hike with guide Helena Graf, with a stop at the traditional farm "Glangerhof" and a cosy get-together in the "Stube". Meeting point: 10.00 am Tourist Office Feldthurns, return: around 4.00 pm. Walking time: 2 - 2.5 hours, easy hike. Today you will have the opportunity to get to know and taste the different products from the Steiner butchery in Niederrasen. Time: 3 pm. - 6 p.m.

The guided hike with Günther leads through old farmsteads and mountain restaurants, through sloping vineyards, chestnut groves and orchards. You will have the possibility to learn more about typical farms and the winegrowing during a wine tasting at the Prackfoler farm. The lunch with traditional dishes at the Innerperskoler farm inn is not only a culinary pleasure, it helps you to recharge your batteries for the hike back to the starting point. Wine tasting: the three wines from the Prackfolerhof will be tasted. Children receive juices for free. Lunch: The price includes appetizer, main course ("Schlachtplatte"), chestnuts (if available) and sweet "Krapfen". Drinks have to be paid extra.

The establishments belonging to the Locanda Sudtirolese group have decided to take care of this tradition, this year putting the forest in the spotlight. Products such as mushrooms, chestnuts, berries, game, wild herbs and much more are transformed by restaurateurs into tasty dishes with an unmistakable flavor. The Dolomites Medium Delicious Trail is a foot race along the paths of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, about 35 km with 1,900 metres of positive difference in altitude, starting from the centre of La Villa in front of the tourist office. Maximum time: 9 hours. From the centre of La Villa, the route follows for a stretch the Path of the Artists and leads to San Cassiano. There begins the ascent along the Altin ski run to the iconic Gran Risa and Piz La Villa, crosses the Armentarola area and the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park. From there, the path takes the runners up to Mt. Lagazuoi at an altitude of 2,778 m, followed by the descent to the finish line at Pocol, for a total of around 35 km and 1.900 metres of elevation gain: pure pleasure! There are 4 wonderful refreshment points along the Alta Badia route, which have been set up by Team Delicious, where you can take a break and enjoy quality products and local specialities. The Fire Department of Kaltern/Caldaro organizes the "Törggelefest" on the Market Square in Kaltern - a traditional village feast with typical food from roasted chestnuts to hearty meat and sweet desserts. From 10 am till 6 pm

The Event "Meransener Almabtrieb" has a long tradition and has developed into a true South Tyrolean folk festival. Various folk dance groups, traditional costume associations, Schuhplattler groups, the Meransen rifle band and many more take part in the parade of colourfully decorated cows.

The Speck Alto Adige Festival at Kronplatz is a tribute to the traditional craft of South Tyrolean bacon production and presents one of the most typical culinary highlights of the region, namely the original South Tyrolean bacon in different ways. Here you can not only meet the best bacon producers of the region and taste their products, but also learn more about the history and production of bacon.

Marling's Music Group puts on its traditional Törggelen Festival on fairground in Marlengo. Hearty traditional Törggelen with roast chestnuts, sweet wine and musical entertainment!

Our events combines music and enjoyment in the village centre. Visitors can also expect a tasting of alpine and mediterranean delicacies during a traditional concert by our local music bands.

ONLY IN GERMAN! From the beginning of October, at the end of the grape harvest, until the beginning of the pre-Christmas season is "Törggelezeit". After leisurely walks through the golden autumn landscape, guests and South Tyroleans enjoy the products of the harvest, especially chestnuts and new wine (Sußer). On this week's hike we visit the Holznerhof. We take the bus from the village centre of Schenna up to Verdins and hike via the Wieser Steig through the Vallplatz forest to the Holznerhof and after a cosy stop we descend to the Pichler restaurant. From the starting point you are free to decide whether to return on foot or by bus. A Törggelemenü and hearty music are of course not to be missed! Difference in altitude: approx. 300m Walking time: approx. 2.5 hours Level of difficulty: easy/medium

The hike starts at the village square in Lajen/Laion. From here you walk together with the hiking guide Helmuth via Fonteklaus to Freins. Arrived at Petra's Honey Hut you come to the first tasting. Different honey variations are tasted and different products are discovered. All are self-produced and processed. Now it goes back to Fonteklaus where lunch is already waiting. After lunch we continue to Lusenegg where the taxi will take us to Novale/Ried. Here is the second stop - jam. At the Zinegg farm there is a wide variety of jams to taste. Afterwards the day ends with the hike to Lajen. Height difference in ascent: 300 m Height difference in descent: 650 m Distance: 11 km

Carriage ride with "Pferdemayer" through vineyards and apple fields around Tramin. Stop in a local winery, in a distillery with tastings and Coffee stop. Duration 90 minutes. A true adventure on the sunny plateau: the autumnal custom of "Törggelen" is a delight for visitors and locals alike. Understandably, for it is the ideal combination of exercise in the fresh air and culinary delights. After a hike across the colourful high plateau of Naz-Sciaves with our guide, we stop at a typical farm, where specialities from the Isarco Valley are served.* *Food and drink are not included in the price.
