The summer in Natz-Schabs becomes musical! Every Wednesday, concerts by numerous South Tyrolean music bands take place on the high plateau. Traditional and also modern sounds fill the room. The perfect occasion to end the evening in a cosy atmosphere.

From Lajen/Laion we hike along the Walther von der Vogelweide circular trail descending towards Albions (857m). From here continue along the Walther von der Vogelweide circular trail to Ried/Novale (760m) and Villnod (657m). From Villnod walk along path no. 2 in the direction of Castel Forte (627m). You can visit the former home of Oswald von Wolkenstein, one of the most imposing castles of South Tyrol. It was built at the end of the 12th century and rebuilt into a resistant fortress in the 17th century. Experience the fascinating beauty of the Dolomites on a round trip with a small bus! Departure is from Völs am Schlern at 8:45 am, from Seis am Schlern at 8:55 am and from Kastelruth at 9:00 am. The route takes you from Völs to Kastelruth through the enchanting Val Gardena, over the Sella Pass and the impressive Pordoi Pass, up to the Falzarego Pass and on to Cortina d'Ampezzo. Lake Misurina awaits you there, where we take a break of about an hour. Here you have the opportunity to dine in the restaurant or enjoy some food you have brought with you while enjoying the view of the famous "Drei Zinnen". After a relaxing break, the journey continues into the Höhlenstein Valley and the historic town of Bruneck. Arrival in Kastelruth is planned for around 18:30. The guide will speak German and Italian, but you are welcome to join the tour to enjoy the nature and beauty of the Dolomites. 40 years jubilee concert The Big Band Intica, founded in the distant year 1983 in San Candido, is celebrating its 40th anniversary on stage this year, which is remarkable for a big band, especially in these increasingly fast-moving times. In all these years, the jazz formation has made a name for itself not only in South Tyrol, but also beyond its borders. The Alta Pusteria International Choral Festival is a non competitive choral event that takes place in Val Pusteria: this valley, one among the most beautiful on. The Festival programme includes about sixty performances divided into real concerts, “Open Air Reviews” and Meeting-Days, in which each participating choir can freely perform their repertoire. Concert of the participating choirs at 9.00 pm in the Culture House Paul Troger Haus in Monguelfo. Admission free.

Then let yourself be taken on a guided tour of the Obergereuthof into the fascinating world between tradition and modernity. After the herb hike you can recharge your batteries with a hearty snack of delicious farm products. Afterwards, farmer's wife Elisabeth will guide you through the impressive 735-year-old "Schildhof". Immerse yourself in the history of the farm, discover the old walls and the traditional grain mill. Learn more about the farm's sustainable philosophy and the different types of fruit, berries and grains grown, which are turned into outstanding distillates, liqueurs, syrups, fruit spreads and gin. Another highlight is the farm's own organic distillery. Here Elisabeth shows you the process of distillation and the production of high-quality spirits. Simple creativity with just pine cones, stones and nuts. At the Wuschlpuschl Nature Workshop, natural objects collected by the kids are transformed into imaginative works of art.

Starting from the parking lot Plätzwiese high plateau (2,000m) we hike in about 1 hour to the saddle Strudelkopf/Monte Specie/ (2,200m), from there we experience the sunset together! The start time is adjusted to the position of the sun.

The guided via ferrata tour on the small Cir peak is a unique experience for beginners aged 10 and up. On the tour you climb over some of the most impressive rock formations in the region and overcome some short but challenging passages. Helmut Kostner explains how to climb and shows you how to get safely over the rock faces. You will also receive valuable tips on equipment and safety. Guided walking-tour to Kneipp at the waterfall of Barbian. "Everything we need to stay healthy has been generously given to us by nature," said pastor Sebastian Kneipp. Water, nutrition, exercise, medicinal herbs and life order - on this hike you will experience the holistic health concept of Kneipp. Water-treading in the cool mountain stream, barefoot-walking and feeling the soil, get to know the medicinal herbs and wild herbs along the way and relaxation exercises in the open air: a refreshing, relaxing hike on the trail of Kneipp. Walking time: 3 hours, return at 1 pm. Arrival by cab via Val Gardena to Ortisei to the valley station Rasciesa (1.304m). Our tour begins with the ride of the funicular (fee required) to the Rasciesa (2,254m). From the top station, take trail no. 35, lined with Swiss stone pines and delicate alpine flowers, to the Brogles Hut (2054m). Behind the hut the path joins the Adolf Munkel path, which was built as early as 1905. You walk at the foot of the Sas Rigais until you finally reach the Geisler Alm (1996m) via the 34 path. After a comfortable break, the descent follows via the 34 path to Ranui (1350m). Here the cab is already waiting to take us back to Lajen.
