    Packraft - white water paddling on the Etsch river

    Our Packraft - Tour homerun (difficulty level medium) is something for adventurous water rats who want to test themselves and conquer the Adige river in their own boat. With action, fun and assertiveness, we master rapids, go around obstacles and relax on calm passages. Accompanied by one of our qualified guides, the tour begins at our rafting base in Rabland/Rablà, where the equipment is handed out. With bag and baggage we go to Ciardes/Tschars. Arriving at the boat entrance, we unpack our packrafts (inflatable kayaks) and pump them up. As soon as all the kayaks are ready, there is an introduction to the paddling technique and a detailed safety briefing. Shortly after, we're off into some extraordinary, splashing water fun. Safety: Only a safe experience is a lasting one. That's why our guides are highly trained. We also make no compromises when it comes to equipment. It is up to date and meets all required standards.

    Bike Tour: Amthorspitz - Freedom on two wheels

    An exciting adventure awaits us on the way to the summit of the Amthorspitze near Sterzing. Our ascent begins on an asphalt road that turns into a forest path. The steep path winds its way through the forest, past old ski lift routes, to the Hühnerspielhütte. The trail becomes more technical before it leads above the tree line onto a wide access track to the abandoned military base. Shortly after the base, the trail begins below the summit and after an exciting carrying section, you enter the flowing trail section with a free choice of lines. At the same time familiarise yourself with the different forms and possibilities (there are over 120!) for partaking of the famous Kneipp cure. Father Sebastian Kneipp’s water therapy gets the metabolism and circulation moving and demonstrably strengthens the body’s defences. In addition, it also helps with numerous chronic illnesses and nervous complaints such as headaches, migraines, sleep disorders, allergies, stubborn infections, stomach and bowel problems, and inner turmoil. The place and setting where the findings of Father Kneipp are put into practice is as special and impressive as the treatments themselves and the effect of the herbs and plants.
