The e-bike tour starts in Monguelfo and leads along the idyllic Val Casies Valley cycle route to S. Martino. Along the route, there are various access points. The route leads past the charming Kahnwirt and Kircherwirt inns before climbing up the alpine path to the Versellalm and on to the Tolderhütte hut. A particular highlight are the extensive, carefully tended alpine pastures, which can be explored during a guided tour. These alpine pastures have been extensively enhanced: new fences were installed, and about a dozen old barns were faithfully restored or rebuilt in their original design using traditional materials. This carefully crafted cultural landscape shows the harmonious interplay of nature and traditional alpine farming. Refreshments possibility. Difficulty: medium. Length: 45 km. Hike to the rock labyrinth under the Latemar mountain Have you ever seen the rock labyrinth? No? Then this family-friendly hike is perfect for hikers of all ages. The day hike starts at the Passo Costalunga and leads into the rock labyrinth beneath the Latemar mountain. The mystical labyrinth invites you to discover special stone formations, leads you up stone steps through rock gates and forces you to climb through this wonderful rocky landscape. Return to Nova Levante by public bus. As the sun sets on the horizon, casting a breathtaking play of colors across the sky and the Dolomite mountains, a culinary experience of the highest class begins: The Chef's Open Air – Sunset Edition in the Eggental Valley. 6 Eggen Valley gourmet chefs, 4 old wood-fired ovens, 1 legendary mountain backdrop: the main ingredients for the Chefs’ Open Air as part of Eggental Valley’s Culturinarika. In the picturesque alpine meadows below the farm Stadlalm in Welschnofen, between the Rosengarten and the Latemar, between the grill and the fire pit, between creative and sophisticated creations, at this event you can look over the shoulders of the chefs as they prepare their delicious dishes. The herbal experts invite you to exciting workshops at the farmers' market in Welschnofen. Every week, new topics await you – from the healing power of herbs and natural remedies to creative uses in the kitchen. Whether you're interested in medicinal herbs, traditional herbal medicine, or culinary wild herbs, you'll find the right topic for you. In this workshop with herbal expert Sieglinde, you’ll learn which wild herbs are particularly well-suited for making an aromatic pesto and what valuable properties they have. Together, we'll process the fresh herbs into a delicious wild herb pesto, which we’ll then taste in a convivial atmosphere. As a small souvenir, you can take home your homemade pesto. Food trucks, passionate and amateur chefs will meet in the Rappanlagen facilities of Brixen and create high-quality food. The event is accompanied by a 3-day musical programme. Together with Kneipp expert Resi, we dive into the revitalizing world of Kneipp therapy and experience the power of water in the untouched nature surrounding Bad Ratzes. The Kneipp courses offer the opportunity to refresh body and mind and to discover the five pillars of Kneipp teachings: water, movement, nutrition, medicinal plants, and balance. The courses are held in German and Italian.

Powerful lords, clever farmers, spooky characters and mysterious places - stories and legends are a valuable part of our culture. They have been passed down through generations and tell of the people, their fears, hopes and wonders of the past. On a tour of the Steinegg Museum, we bring these stories back to life. In the lovingly furnished rooms, chambers and laboratories, children and adults listen to the exciting tales of a storyteller in German language. The matching historical rooms bring the stories to life and create a very special atmosphere. But the Steinegg Museum offers even more: here you can experience over 1000 years of Tyrolean history, customs and traditions - faithfully retold and presented in a unique ambience. From the stunning Lake Misurina along the wide hiking trail via the Grave di Pogata and Forcella Maraia to the Città di Carpi refuge 2100 m. Along the way there are magnificent views of the rocks of the Marmarole and Sorapiss group. A wonderful resting place in the middle of the majestic Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site, which invites to a stop and to feel the energy of the mountain landscape. It is also possible to use the Col de Varda chairlift, which reduces the tour by about half. The return path includes small variations and leads back to the starting point. Refreshments possibility.
