Along the way, you’ll learn more about the farm’s sustainable philosophy and the variety of fruits, berries, and grains grown here – all of which are transformed into outstanding distillates, liqueurs, syrups, fruit spreads, and gin. Another highlight is the farm’s own organic distillery. Here, Elisabeth will show you the distillation process and how high-quality spirits are produced. The tour concludes with a tasting of the farm’s delicious homemade products.
