This accommodation views sustainability as a way of life. Level 2: More than 140 accommodation properties in South Tyrol with Level 2 are shaping their path together with their employees and regional partners. Level 1: The more than 70 lodging establishments with this label are increasingly using renewable energy sources and measuring their energy, water and CO2 consumption with the goal of reducing it. The company is also taking a closer look at waste and making an effort to avoid wasting food.
