Brennet Liab enchants with festive brass melodies, bringing the pure Christmas spirit directly to the christmas market Algund – an experience for music lovers and families alike. The group is made up of selected musicians from the Burggrafenamt area around Merano and is complemented by a Styrian accordion. The four brass players explore a wide range of musical genres, including folk music, jazz, and classical pieces. They perform with joy and passion, a enthusiasm that hopefully spreads to the audience and makes the festive spirit of Advent come alive.

On the first Sunday in Advent, the House of Culture in Steinegg is transformed into an atmospheric Christmas market, organised by the charity women of Steinegg. The traditional market offers a warm atmosphere, lovingly designed stands and a diverse range of handmade products, delicious treats and festive decorations. The special thing about this Christmas market is that all the net proceeds go to charity. The 20 or so active members of the association and numerous supporters from Steinegg and the surrounding area work hard to make this day a very special event. Immerse yourself in the pre-Christmas atmosphere and do good at the same time.

The Oberrasen brass band warmly invites you to an atmospheric church concert. Enjoy festive brass music, contemplative melodies and special musical moments in the unique setting of the church. Afterwards, Christmas hot drinks await you at the Oberrasen pavilion. Everyone is warmly welcome!

At the opening event, we want to join together, accompanied by the children’s choir and the lights that brighten the night, to welcome the Advent season.

A cozy evening in the church of Saltaus/Saltusio invites everyone to join in Advent singing. The Jägerchor Passeier (hunter's chorus from Passeiertal Valley), the Bläsergruppe Saltaus (brass ensemble of Saltaus/Saltusio), and the Frauenchor St. Martin (women’s choir of St. Martin/S. Martino) perform traditional Advent and Christmas songs, creating a contemplative and festive atmosphere. Get into the spirit of Advent and enjoy musical highlights together.

Twinkling lights, scent of pine—and a question: How much does the traditional nativity scene weigh? On site, a handcrafted nativity scene by nativity master Helga Prünster will be displayed, and visitors can guess its weight. Whoever comes closest wins the nativity! Each participant may submit one guess and will receive a number to present at the drawing on December 21, 2025. Important: Only those present at the drawing can claim the prize.

The 14th edition of the Bolzano City Judo Trophy will take place on Sunday the 30th of November at the Palasport placed on Via Resia into the city. The competition will see boys and girls aged from 3 to 11 compete for a cup above the
three competition areas, in matches directed by Olympic athletes and coaches.
There will also be an important new challenge: an obstacle course where competitors will compete for the best time.
The event will run from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m.
It will be a day dedicated to young judokas and their families, where respect, friendship, and fun will be the point of reference and fundamental values ​​of this martial art.

During the Bolzano Christmas Market, bands and musical groups will brighten the days with traditional Christmas melodies.
Taking part as well are the choirs of the Parish of St. Augustine, the church located in the Gries district, bringing a warm and authentic atmosphere to accompany visitors into the spirit of Advent.

On this special guided tour, we will immerse ourselves in the rich world of traditions and stories surrounding Advent and Christmas in Brixen. Amid sweet delicacies, enchanting scents, and sparkling lights, we will meet fascinating protagonists of this festive season. At the same time, we will explore some of the city’s unique highlights, including the majestic White Tower. The tour concludes atmospherically with a glass of mulled wine at the Christmas Market. During Alm Advent, the alpine huts transform into cozy places filled with festive anticipation on all Advent Sundays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Visitors can look forward to mulled wine, South Tyrolean specialties, a lovingly designed children’s program with crafting and storytelling, as well as stalls offering homemade products.

Each Advent Sunday features its own special highlight:

On the 1st Sunday of Advent (30/11/2025), an alpine devotion takes place at 2 pm, accompanied by a four-part choir and a brass ensemble of the Valles music band.

On the 2nd Sunday of Advent (07/12/2025), St. Nicholas visits the hut at 2 pm, with musical accompaniment by the Terento men’s choir.

On the 3rd Sunday of Advent (14/12/2025), the “Ronegga Böhmische” provides contemplative music.

The 4th Sunday of Advent (21/12/2025) is accompanied musically by “Bomml and Josy.”

From November 30, 2025, to January 6, 2026, Tramin will shine for the sixth time with Christmas splendor: the Tramin Advent Fountains invite visitors to a contemplative winter stroll through the festively decorated village. In total, 17 lovingly crafted fountains – from Rungg to Bethlehem and the village center, as well as in St. Jakob, the northern districts, and Söll – will be illuminated by local residents with festive decorations. A heartfelt thanks goes to them for their dedication and creativity. Especially by candlelight on the Advent Sundays, the historic fountains exude a special charm and invite visitors to pause, marvel, and linger.
