    50 years of Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park: Presentation "Magical Dolomites"

    In his presentation "Magical Dolomites", Fabian Dalpiaz presents a selection of his most beautiful and magical photographs and short films that bring the magic of the Dolomites to life. He will tell you what is so special about his work and how he made it all the way to London and Florida with his photographs of the starry sky above the Dolomites. The event will be presented in German and Italian. No registration is required to attend the presentation. Admission is free. Admission is from 20:00 to 20:30. Anyone arriving after 20:30 will not be able to attend the presentation as the room will be closed. Number of participants 100 persons

    Nos Ladins - A violin maker in La Val

    Activities with the ambassadors of the Ladin tradition. In the small village of La Val, the presence of a female luthier might seem surprising. Yet, Anna defies expectations. She selects the "peció", the pine wood, from which she makes her "stradivarius". Stepping into her atelier, with its array of violins, wood, strings, and cases, is nothing short of enchanting. And Anna herself is a lovely person who will tell you the unique history of Ladin violins.     Hike to the Putzalm hut: Delicious alpine snacks await you

    Together with the hiking guide, you will hike from Altprags/Braies Vecchia up to the rustic Putzalm hut, where a small alpine snack awaits you. The hut landlord Seppl is known for his typical, delicious dishes! After a refreshment stop, you hike up to the Allwartstein summit (1,954 m), where you have a breathtaking view. The descent takes you back to the starting point at Altprags/Braies Vecchia on a variant of the ascent route. The pure walking time of the circular hike is 4 hours with 600 metres of ascent.

    Baking bread at the farm

    ONLY GERMAN AND ITALIAN SPEAKING GUIDES! Baking together traditional bread in a wood-burning oven is fun and not difficult. The farmers demonstrate step by step how to mix all ingredients to form a dough. People are invited to lend a hand, and while the dough rises, they may discover the farm, the garden and the animals such as cows, calves, pigs and rabbits. Finally, the loaves will be baked in a wood-burning oven and, afterwards, tasted together. An interesting and exciting experience for the whole family!     Guided E-Bike Family Tour Pfeifer Huisele

    The guided e-bike tour starts at the Rent and Go bike rental at the Ratschings valley station. We start with a group game and playfully learn the most important riding safety tips. Afterwards we drive together along the Pfeifer Huisele path to Flading to the barefoot path with Kneipp facility. There we have a little refreshment at the witches' fountain. Fun balancing exercises await us before we head back to the starting point. The tour is fun for adults and children from 8 years (with a minimum height of 140cm). The e-bike tour is accompanied by a trained South Tyrolean bike guide.
