The historic structure of the Sandgruberhof has been fundamentally preserved to the present day.     Vinumgarten - the name of the restaurant provides not just a cozy place in our garden, but also the special connection from good food and excellent wine. It awaits an authentic Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine, combined with fine wines of small local wineries in the unique setting of two wooden wine barrels. The cuisine of the owner and chef Klaus Pircher reflects the classic and modern South Tyrol. Selected seasonal products from producers in the area can be found in the kitchen. For aperitif Aperol from Marling of the private distillery Unterthurner, followed by fresh mountain butter from Unterschweighof from the Ulten Valley combined with homemade bread and fresh vegetables from South Tyrol, this are just a few examples.

    Our family-run Pizzeria Traföi is located in the same building as the apartments and has a bar and a dining room with rustic furnishings. You can also dine outside on the terrace or in the "Stüa", an ideal place for meetings, parties or groups looking for a cosy, secluded setting. For our pizzas we select and use fresh, high quality, genuine and local products. An intimate and cosy atmosphere guarantees you a unique experience in the heart of Val Badia. Our speciality is the pizza with chanterelles mushrooms, which you can enjoy during the summer months. The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner, except Mondays when it is closed (during off-season).
