Our restaurant is situated on the hiking trail „Ultner Höfeweg“ nearby the museum of the Stelvio national park „Lahnersäge“ in the Ulten valley. The bus stops dirictly in front of our house.

Guests at the Weisses Rössl Lichtenberg can also spend enjoyable hours and wide views over the upper Vinschgau on the large terrace, in the winter garden or in the cosy wood-panelled parlour of the adjoining restaurant. The Resciesa Alpine Hut has been newly build and this historical place for Val Gardena was reopened in winter 2010/2011.
The hut lies 1,4 km (0.8 miles) west of the uphill station of the new funicular that takes you from downtown Ortisei to the mountains of Resciesa. You reach our hut after a 30 minutes walk on a flat, comfortable path.
During the winter you can descend on sleds from the hut all the way to Ortisei.
We offer typical dishes with an eye to local tradition. You can also stay for one or more nights: we have comfortable double rooms with private bathroom or shared rooms.
