Asian restaurant (Chinese, sushi)

The Alumix is a historical venue in Bolzano: here the classical is combined with the modern in a mixture of tradition and modernity. Our customers have at their disposal 250 seats, distributed in the main hall and in the hall in front of the technology pole with the most modern and lightest lines. From here you have access to the terrace, ideal for lunch or dinner on hot days or just to enjoy an aperitif under a beautiful centuries-old olive tree. Mesc da Paratoni farm is set at an altitude of 1,585 metres above sea level, high above the sunny slopes of St. Christina. Wonderful views of the surrounding Dolomites may be enjoyed from here. This listed farmhouse has been refurbished to a high standard and made accessible to the public as an inn both historical dining rooms invite guests to enjoy typical Ladin specialities. Prior reservation required.

Our traditional inn has been owned by the Baumgartner family since 1850. We have recently restored it with an eye for the detail so that it is still as cozy and welcoming as it used to be. The annexe houses several apartments for those who want to keep to themselves and enjoy their holidays independently.

So new and already a great success! The “Der große Restaurant- und Hotel-Guide” (restaurant and hotel guide) has chosen our 1897 restaurant as the best restaurant in South Tyrol for 2018. The Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 3 spoons and Gault & Millau gave it 3 of its coveted hats. “Local products for our guests from all over the world” sums up the philosophy of our chef Michael Mayr.
