The "Zur Quelle" evening restaurant has a large open terrace from which you can enjoy fascinating views of Sciliar/Schlern while you taste some of the delightful à la carte dishes which are either traditionally South Tyrolean or Mediterranean. The Caffé Ristorante Teatro offers a good coffee in a pleasant atmosphere while you can read the daily newspaper or just enjoy the sun on the terrace. The kitchen offers mediterranean delicacies and international dishes.

Lunch and dinner, we offer not only tasty pizza from the wood oven, but also homemade pasta dishes, steaks and "Tagliata" from domestic breeding, and hearty salads.

The Cocun, ‘Cork’ in Ladin, is the hidden gem of the Ciasa. In a cellar filled with 24,000 bottles and 1,900 labels is a unique restaurant. Here, the quality of the raw materials and their history reign supreme without the need for many frills. Our cuisine is just as varied and contains influences from all over the world as our wines. For us at Cocun, it is essential to drink and eat with curiosity and attention. Whether it is a sausage, a cheese, a piece of chocolate, a dish or a glass of wine, it will be a pleasure for us to tell you about it and perhaps excite you.

Since 1977 we have served homemade Ladin specialities for our guests to enjoy in our rustic dining rooms and in summer also in our romantic garden.

In our bar / restaurant you can spend a pleasant time with your friends. Our chef surprises its guests with Tyrolean specialties, Italian cuisine and a salad buffet. On Sundays we offer our guests a special menu.

The Williams mountain hut is at the mountain station of the Florian Lift in Saltria, Seiser Alm.

The cuisine of the La Tor restaurant and pizzeria is a perfect blend of traditional grandmother’s recipes and the refinement of South Tyrolean gastronomy. Alongside the classic flavors of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, you will find dishes inspired by culinary experiences from around the world. Each dish is born from a constant search for new gastronomic experiences, creating a unique mix of tradition and innovation. In our establishment, you can enjoy organic wines selected from the finest wineries in South Tyrol, along with prestigious Italian labels. The beers, on the other hand, come from historic local breweries and producers who have shaped the history of the industry. The menu changes weekly, offering new surprises for a constantly evolving journey of flavors.

Enjoy bowls & burger made from high quality products and mostly homemade. The cozy atmosphere of the Zoll bowls & burger foodlounge also invites you to linger over an aperitif with homemade snacks.

At 1,700 m on the sea level at the foot of Latemar above the city of Predazzo, Gardoné offers you relax and culinary highlights with a wonderful view to the Lagorai Mountains. Both in summer and in winter time, the Gardoné is the perfect place to eat delicious creations, either Mediterranean or traditional, combined with a glass of wine, and to enjoy the sun and the music on the wide terrace. The mountain hut is easily reachable, both in summer and in winter, thanks to the lifts of the hike and Ski Centre Latemar Obereggen. If you are a sports-passionate, you can reach the Gardoné by skiing in wintertime, and hiking or mountain biking in summer time, following one of the marked paths or trails. You can arrive in the Gardoné from Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo. Hot food from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

In the Bistro La Piazza of the Hotel Terme Merano, on the Terme Square, one immediately feels welcome. Lidia Astner and her well-coordinated team ensure this with great warmth and hospitality. Whether in the sunshine on the terrace between palm trees and rosemary or in the stylish and protective glass cube – this is a special place to be at any time of day or year. Something sweet, something savoury or a good drink - on the menu you will find everything your heart desires. No wonder that Bistro La Piazza is popular with locals, city strollers and hotel guests alike. Enjoy genuine dishes with a taste of tradition. The Piccolruaz d'Alfarëi family offers typical Ladin cuisine with a fixed menu in one of the oldest farmhouses in the Badia Valley. Situated four minutes from the centre of the pretty village of Badia, the restaurant has been run by the same family since 1645. Thanks to a long agricultural tradition and a deep connection with the land, it offers you an experience that will take you back in time, tasting the products of the farm and dining in the traditional STÜA and the cosy STANGODE. This small farmhouse represents a combination of passion and tradition, where food becomes an opportunity to taste the true Ladin culture.

The Biergarten is a restful place on the outskirts of Meran, below the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff castle. It is a cozy location for a pleasant break, especially if you choose to enjoy a fresh Augustiner beer and the grilled specialities of the large shady pub in the open. A crunchy homemade pizza is also available. With its wide recreation ground for children, this is an ideal choice for some relax with your family and cyclists are also welcomed.
