With VinSushi by RISCHON we would like to set new culinary accents in the heart of Brunico and offer culinary surprises and an exciting mix of Japanese-Asian cuisine, one of the best in the world, with dishes prepared by chef Mohan Jiang, obviously only with top quality ingredients. Our cozy family-run, will spoil you in our original farmhouse parlor (Stube) with typical South Tyrolean dishes as well as many fresh farm products from our own farm. After a relaxing walk in autumn you may enjoy a pleasurable "Toerggelen". At the same time you may try our wines from our own vineyard. During the summer and winter season we offer a Ladin dinner once a week, featuring the specialties of our little valley. The restaurant at Hotel Belvedere is only on reservation. It's a good location for family parties (like first communion or baptism... ) or Christmas staff parties.
