Chef Karl Baumgartner cooks, depending on the seasonal market supply, creative regional dishes but also an italian-mediterranean cuisine. The service of Siegfried and Mary is professional and yet familiar. The experienced team places great emphasis on a personal and warm relationship with the guests, a devise by which the Baumgartner family works for over 25 years. The Gasthof Jocher is located in the middle of alpine meadows directly below the Vigilius church. Accessible by cable car, chairlift and a leisurely hike, the traditional inn awaits you after careful renovation, with a new sun terrace and cosy dining rooms. Chef David and his kitchen team prioritise good and above all local food and products. Passionate craftsmanship and South Tyrolean hospitality do the rest.

A patterned green door opens to reveal low lighting, period lampshades and velvet upholstery. Ancient wooden panelling, a dresser, and family heirlooms. A cosy enviornment with the intimacy of a traditional Ladin stube. The few tables are laden with cuisine celebrating the artistry and spontaneity of nature. Authentic flavours cooked at a slow pace, striving for excellence: myriad alpine and Mediterranean dishes with plenty of surprises. This is Suinsom, meaning "on the summit" in the local Ladin dialect. The artists and pioneers of Jugendstil were visionaries and advocates of a new way of life when the Holzner was founded in 1908. Like them, we believe in the good and fight for the best. Koefererhof's tiny 5 hectares of wines are located at the base of the Dolomite Mountains between 700 and 800 metres above sea level. At this high altidude the variation in temperatures from day to night is ideal, and the carefully tended high-density vineyards yield intensely fragrant, concentrated and well-balanced wines.

Kuppelrain is framed by trees and shrubs, you will find us directly at the small cozy station of Castelbello which has been modernized lately. Our proven team is still from Chef Jörg Trafoier and sommelier Sonya. Since the spring of 2013, is son Kevin Trafoier in the kitchen next to the stove and Jörg has his own style complements the creative dishes of our house and further developed. For some time, daughter Natalie Trafoier is now fully entered the family business. As a trained pastry chef and Patissière can expand our extensive range in our Bistrot perfect. Andrea Fenoglio seems never to run out of his creative vein, which he displays in his restaurant "Sissi" in front of the Prince’s Castle behind the Lauben arcades. His latest menu "Settepiatti" is certainly to be tried. His cuisine is a lively one, always with an eye to the playful aspect, rich of interesting sparks without forgetting the courses more related to tradition, reinterpreted in a modern key. Great attention is paid to the choice of products, always the real main characters. The informal though ever accurate service creates a cosy atmosphere up to the point of often giving the impression of being at home. The heart of the house: Restaurant Terra Only a few steps from heaven you'll find the highest-located starred restaurant in Italy. Everything you get at Terra - The Magic Place is home-made. The cuisine of gourmet chef Heinrich Schneider is modern and of subtle finesse. The dishes are characterised by products from South Tyrol and farmers from the immediate vicinity.
