We warmly welcome you in our Hubertusstube, at the entrance of “Val Gardena”. The summits of the world-famous dolomites and the vineyards of “Valle Isarco” are in close vicinity. Since two generations, the Hubertusstube, which is situated in a sunny location in Laion, is the perfect place for a rest and a longer stay. The K2 Hut is located at an altitude of 2,350 m, directly at the mountain station of the Langenstein chairlift. This location offers not only breathtaking views but also the opportunity to fully enjoy the fresh mountain air. The terrace of the mountain restaurant, which stands out for its unique archi-tectural design, invites you to bask in the sun in a relaxed atmosphere – with a direct view of the impressive Ortler. The menu at the K2 Hut is diverse: daily specials, juicy steaks, and delicious fish specialties are served, delighting both gourmets and hikers. A special highlight is the homemade apple strudel, which should never be missed during a visit. The K2 Hut is accessible via hiking trails 3 and 4. Alternatively, you can also conveniently reach the hut by the Langenstein chairlift.

We offer a substantial breakfast buffet with a wide choice. There are gourmet delicacies, many South Tyrolean and Italian specialities and a good drop of wine from our wellsupplied cellar. We want you to enjoy more than just the wonderful natural landscape of the Eggental Valley. The landlord himself creates our South Tyrolean specialities with a Mediterranean touch and spoils you with unforgettable culinary treats. In autumn we are pleased to serve traditional "Törggelen" dishes, chestnuts and new wine in our farmhouse parlour or in the "Selchkuchl" (curing kitchen).

Our guests can enjoy a tasty range of Tyrolese specialties, as well as Italian and international cuisine. Particularly recommended dishes are the “Sennes noodles”, the “mountain climber omelette”, the “Escalope on the grill with side dishes” and the “Dumplings with gulash”. Regional, seasonal, high-quality and organic ingredients end up on your plate, on your fork, in your spoon and in your glass. Anyone who thinks organic is boring will be shown otherwise: Take a seat and embark on a new culinary journey. The small menu offers dishes and specialities that change with the seasons, which will delight both big and small connoisseurs. And because even the best food doesn’t taste good without a cosy atmosphere, we have thought of everything. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts bring nature in and give you a clear view of it: the flower meadow and playground, the cottage garden and the stables with animals to pet and love.

In the comfortable restaurant in our historic farm are mainly served products directly of our own farm and field. Perfect for year group celebrations, birthday parties, company parties or the typical South Tyrolean autumn tradition, the so called Törggelen. Among tasty South Tyrolean quality products and Mediterranean digestibility you can enjoy from morning to evening the variety of the gastronomic pleasures. Enjoy in our garden coffee and homemade apple strudel, the typical Tyrolean afternoon snack “Marende” or a fruit buffet. Our homemade juices taste best after a beautiful bike tour with the whole family.

Our gourmet cuisine has found its well-deserved place in our small “old German” dining room, where our Michelin-starred chef, Peter Girtler, showcases his creativity through his refined, innovative dishes. Tradition meets innovation, and the delicate menus created by our head chef are the result of this harmonious combination.

Just like magic, in our restaurant in Braies, in the Upper Puster Valley, our young and enthusiastic team will fill your plates with many delicacies made using local produce. Dining in a historic farmhouse from the 16th century – in a lounge with original wooden panelling and a cosy farmhouse stove, or on the rustic and welcoming sunny terrace – is an experience in itself. The menu features homemade dishes prepared with regional products, often from our own farm: dumplings and pasta in various styles, cold platters, hearty soups, and a wide selection of desserts. The hut can be reached via trail no. 3 in Geiselsberg. At the starting point, Citybus 435.2 stops at Geiselsberg, Eggerweg. It’s also easily accessible by bike along this route – and for those who prefer, it’s possible to drive up by car. The hut is also open in winter and is located directly on the Gassl slope (no. 21). It is easily accessible in the winter season – by Citybus (combined with a short walk), by CallBus or car.
