The traditional restaurant of the FORST brewery – Bräustüberl – is an exclusively and tastefully furnished building right at the heart of the FORST brewery premises along the main road, leading from Meran to the Vinschgau. This is a place for true beer-lovers and a centre of beer culture. It offers its guests the entire beer range of the FORST brewery along with harmonically composed traditional gastronomy. The inviting atmosphere of the Bräustüberl gives great importance to the combination of traditional dishes and excellent draught beers. In this ambience traditional South Tyrolean cuisine comes to its peak, original dumplings, pork knuckles and local specialties like the famous birramisù, a creative variation of the tiramisù.

In our cosy restaurant, we serve you the culinary titbits of our cook. He uses the best products of the season as well as home-made pastas and sweets. In the restaurant at Hotel Pider, we offer refined cuisine that celebrates Ladin tradition and the culinary excellence of Italy. We use fresh, local ingredients such as mountain cheese, speck, and wild mushrooms to create authentic and flavorful dishes. Our specialties include "Cajinci t'ega," ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, and "Turtres." Our chef also prepares delicious Mediterranean dishes like homemade pasta and grilled meats. The restaurant, with its cozy and rustic ambiance, provides an intimate setting where you can savor every bite in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Vinumgarten - the name of the restaurant provides not just a cozy place in our garden, but also the special connection from good food and excellent wine. It awaits an authentic Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine, combined with fine wines of small local wineries in the unique setting of two wooden wine barrels. The cuisine of the owner and chef Klaus Pircher reflects the classic and modern South Tyrol. Selected seasonal products from producers in the area can be found in the kitchen. For aperitif Aperol from Marling of the private distillery Unterthurner, followed by fresh mountain butter from Unterschweighof from the Ulten Valley combined with homemade bread and fresh vegetables from South Tyrol, this are just a few examples.

In the wintertime, the Getrumalm is a popular destination for snowshoe hikers and ski tour enthusiasts. Both in the wintertime and in the summer, the Getrumalm is highly regarded as a destination by locals and many Sarentino Valley guests. Traditional cuisine with a touch of internationality defines our restaurant Zum Weißen Rössl. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet awaits you: croissants, a selection of various breads, cheese, cold cuts, fruit salad, yoghurt, muesli... At lunch and dinner our head chef surprises you with fresh traditional dishes from Sarntal.

The Tanner pizzeria is a star on the restaurant scene in Merano. The varied offer in tasty pizzas, the welcoming garden where you can relax and stay under the cool shade, and the impeccable service have made Tanner a culinary meeting point for all those in Merano who want a slice of delicious and crunchy pizza.

We attach great importance to a light and healthy kitchen. Regional products such as fruit, goat cheese, alpine cheese, milk, game, lamb, turkey and beef are sourced from small farmers in Lüsen. The Lüsnerhof kitchen offers a rich selection even for the most spoiled palate.
