Our restaurant, with large sun terrace, is ideal for groups and celebrations, and on cozy evenings it is particularly suitable for couples. Leave all stress behind and enjoy a quiet rest on our terrace. Whether in the sun or under the shady vine arbor (roofed), you can unwind. The cellar is also open for guests from the end of September to mid-November. During those months, you can savor our traditional Törggelen dishes! The Windisch family looks forward to your visit!

The highlight of the restaurant is the spacious panoramic terrace, here you can experience a breathtaking sunset on balmy summer evenings. A cosy enviornment with the intimacy of a traditional Ladin stube. The few tables are laden with cuisine celebrating the artistry and spontaneity of nature. Authentic flavours cooked at a slow pace, striving for excellence: myriad alpine and Mediterranean dishes with plenty of surprises. This is Suinsom, meaning "on the summit" in the local Ladin dialect. An original sensory expedition, an excursion though flavours to the summit of taste and the pinnacle of great cuisine, crowned by a Michelin star.
