The cuisine of the owner and chef Klaus Pircher reflects the classic and modern South Tyrol. Selected seasonal products from producers in the area can be found in the kitchen. For aperitif Aperol from Marling of the private distillery Unterthurner, followed by fresh mountain butter from Unterschweighof from the Ulten Valley combined with homemade bread and fresh vegetables from South Tyrol, this are just a few examples.

The Weisses Rössl restaurant in Naturno, Vinschgau, is a small listed house in the centre of Naturno. The history of this house goes back centuries: In 1690, the historic restaurant still bore the name "Schupferwirt". In 1891, the now listed house was renamed "Weisses Rössl" and still bears this name today. The friendly ambience of the restaurant invites you to a cosy get-together. The restaurant "Schönblick" invites gourmets to enjoy with its unique panoramic location. The highlight of the restaurant is the spacious panoramic terrace, here you can experience a breathtaking sunset on balmy summer evenings. Guests are spoiled with regional and original dishes, a fine selection of wines and homemade ice cream. Every Wednesday barbecue evening in the summer.

Good service and a friendly atmosphere are always our concern. Its good for lounging and feel well on our patio and lawn. Our House is only in the hand of our family. We have open throughot the whole year and have a place in the sun. Between the house is a skating loipe in the winter. For our guests we have some appartements, the flats have all inside and also a terrace. Outside we have a place where the children can play and have some fun. Our restaurant is open from 12,00 am till 05,00 pm. We have a different kind of food and we prepare also some typical meals from South tyrol.

The cable car takes you up to 1500 metres in 6 minutes. Enjoy modern South Tyrolean cuisine during the day in the Stube Ida. In the evening, the restaurants 1500 serves dishes of high quality, accompanied by excellent wines. Reservation required. Cable car ticket included. Last descent at 11 pm.

The restaurant Traube in Lana has been a meeting point for locals and tourists for more than 100 years. Since 1989 the restaurant has been managed by the Gamper family. Walter Gamper and his son Lukas run the kitchen indulging their guests with South Tyrolean specialities and seasonal dishes.

Our restaurant in the centre of Termeno offers an elegant ambience to feel comfortable in. Enjoy genuine dishes with a taste of tradition. The Piccolruaz d'Alfarëi family offers typical Ladin cuisine with a fixed menu in one of the oldest farmhouses in the Badia Valley. Situated four minutes from the centre of the pretty village of Badia, the restaurant has been run by the same family since 1645. Thanks to a long agricultural tradition and a deep connection with the land, it offers you an experience that will take you back in time, tasting the products of the farm and dining in the traditional STÜA and the cosy STANGODE. This small farmhouse represents a combination of passion and tradition, where food becomes an opportunity to taste the true Ladin culture.

Restaurant Cafe Pichler is situated at the valley terminal of the Taser cablecar. Sunny terrace and panoramic views to Schenna and Meran. Italian and typical Tyrolean dishes, vegetarian cuisine, cakes and ice-cream specialities. From May to October, if the weather is good, we offer live music on Sunday mornings, as well as a grill.

The Laurin hut with ist cosy Tyrolean room and sun terrace with a view oft the Sciliar is somewhere to really relax and enjoy. The hosts offer typical Tyrolean dishes in a comfortable atmosphere.
