Restaurant and bar with Italian, vegetarian and Hamburger cuisine

The restaurant's kitchen offers an extensive menu of Japanese dishes: sushi, sashimi, nigiri, uramaki and much more. Not only raw fish dishes but also cooked for those who do not like raw fish. The traditional cuisine is called nihon-ryori in Japanese.

The Alumix is a historical venue in Bolzano: here the classical is combined with the modern in a mixture of tradition and modernity. Our customers have at their disposal 250 seats, distributed in the main hall and in the hall in front of the technology pole with the most modern and lightest lines. From here you have access to the terrace, ideal for lunch or dinner on hot days or just to enjoy an aperitif under a beautiful centuries-old olive tree. A creative, fresh, seasonal and healthy cuisine that proposes dishes from the South Tyrolean territory, with references to the classic Italian cuisine, especially from the Veneto region.

Head chef Marco manages to combine tradition with new culinary trends and interprets typical Alpine-Mediterranean recipes in a cosmopolitan way. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives are also available.

A visit to the Hopfen & Co. brewery-restaurant is a must for every guest of Bolzano. The former corner tower of the city walls with the old prison, is now a museumlike-building offering culinary hospitality. The medieval cellar houses the fresh and tasty Bozner Bier, which is served directly to the tables in the antique “Stuben” on the three floor's restaurant. A place of culinary pleasures based on appetizing traditional South Tyrolean dishes, with carefully selected products and raw materials from the region. Speck, cold meats and cheese bearing the South Tyrolean brand. Knödel, spätzle, ravioli are made by hand by our kitchen brigade.

The good old meeting point for locals in Bolzano: Il Corso. A piazza within a piazza, but also a creative and culinary space with a metropolitan flair, where you can experience quality food and bite into the Italian “bel vivere”. The Pizzeria "La Veneziana", just a few steps from the historical centre, offers a tasty pizza and dishes of Italian cuisine. The quality of the raw materials, made in Italy, from Puglia and from South Tyrol, is the first priority. For pizzas baked in the wood-fired oven we use only genuine ingredients, skilfully combined to make them unique.
