Everyone is welcome at the Liberty's Bar – with delicious food served around the clock. A treat for hotel guests as well as passers-by exploring Merano by day (and night). Friends meeting for a catchup and coffee. Trendy youngsters having a mimosa or regular orange juice. Double dates ordering bottles of Monreale sparkling wine. The Liberty's Bar terrace is the ideal place to see who’s out and about in the city. After all, Corso della Libertà in Merano is the beating heart of the old city centre. So take a seat and enjoy the view.

The restaurant has a 100 year traditon. A small zoo is located driectly in front of the restaurant.

About 500 labels - good wines from the Eisack Valley, South Tyrol, Italy and the entire world are stored on the shelves and decorate the wine bar. To match your preferred wine, Christoph Mayr and his entire team spoil your palate with refined, seasonal, regional and trendy dishes. All wines are available for purchase in the Wine Shop as a present or to enjoy at home.

Our Restaurant - Pizzeria "Gostnerwiese" is located above Blumau 1km on the road to Steinegg. It offers 50 seats in a quiet ambience, also terrace and parking place. Opened all-season. Closed on monday evening.

The guesthouse Untereggerhof, located directly in the inviolated nature is the perfect place to relax after a walk or to enjoy a traditional and first-class food. During winter at evening only with reservation!

Heartly cooking is the focus of our restaurant. We offer traditional and new dishes: our chef creates delightful secrets of local specialities. And marvelous desserts as surprising end of your meal.

Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate! Appetite to get our Tyrolean Geröstl, or can it would rather be a freshly baked apple pie? The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.

The name Mauriz was already mentioned in 1752 in a sales agreement. At that time, the Mauriz was used as a stable of the inn Morizen “Mauriz”, which belonged to the Sanoner family. Josef Anton Sanoner emigrated to France and came back only at the beginning of 1810. He bought the whole estate and called the inn “Adler”. In 1903 Johann Babtist Sanoner enlarged the inn and added walls to the wooden building. In the stable, which had beautiful cross vaults, there were many horses, which were used by the guests for riding tours and for coach tours. In 1985 a part of the wooden scaffolding of the interior construction and the old cross vaults, under which you are sitting now, were saved from demolition. The old wood was used for the interior decoration of the disco “Mauriz”. We have rented the building in 2003 and, with a lot of effort and particular attention to detail, have turned it into the restaurant and pizzeria Maurizkeller. The miil restaurant in Tscherms is an old mill that was converted into a premium restaurant. Othmar Raich and his staff at the Kränzelhof wine estate are always on the lookout for new ideas, and their menu changes seasonally.

Timeless elegance, local furnishings, cosiness in front of our fireplace and good music make yourself at home. Select from a wide range of wines from our list. Every day we select about 30 different wines to be tasted and savoured by the glass. We keep our menu intentionally small, so we can guaranty always the freshness of our products and at the same time we can surprise you at every visit with new dishes. We emphasize sustainable breeding and production, this why we try to use mostly local, regional and seasonal ingredients. During summer most of the vegetables come from our own garden, during wintertime we rely on our merchants. We got also best quality meat from our butchers, that keep an eye on animal fond breeding and slaughtering.
