Along the state road to Bozen, in the neighborhood of Terlaner Klaus, you can find the restaurant Oberspeiser. In the cozy restaurant you are catered for by young chefs with seasonal South Tyrolean delicacies and in spring with savory asparagus.

Seasoned with a pinch of individuality Creative and exciting, our new kitchen presents itself to all connoisseurs from near and far. After all, we want to create experiences - for the palate as well as for the eye. Fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region play the main role on the plate and are complemented by homemade delicacies. With much warmth and tact we combine the best of South Tyrol and Italy.

"Ustaria" in the Ladin language means "inn" - a place to enjoy the traditional charm of abundant home-cooked meals that feed the soul "just like Mom's".

The dishes from our farmhouse kitchen are simple but delicious. Enjoy them in our parlours or on the sun terrace with panoramic view. Products from our own farm.

The Außerschwemmalm (2.142) lies on the sunny side of the Ultental with a wonderful panoramic view of the South Tyrolean mountains. You can reach the hut comfortably by using the cable car "Kuppelwies-Schwemmalm" or via several beautiful hiking trails. On the beautiful sun terrace with local dishes, alpine products from our own production, butter and cheese from our own cheese factory, as well as South Tyrolean wines, you can escape the daily stress. The cuisine of the Dörfl Restaurant interprets the high-contrast landscape of its surrounding environment in an optimal way. The tradition of South Tirol meets with innovative international ideas, where local dishes are combined with lush delicacies.

Sunny panoramic terrace, directly next to the cable car of the skiing and hiking area Merano 2000. Daily fresh-made cakes, ice-cream and coffee specialities. Hot meals are served from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. Snacks from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. No closing day.

Simply visit our Restaurant and Pizzeria in the reception building of our natural campsite. There is a selection of delicious regional dishes the menu. A campsite with a restaurant does the cooking for you and creates a place where you can feel good, where you can get to know other people and socialize. On request. all dishes can also be ordered for take-away.

Hotel guests at the Urthaler Restaurant can enjoy delicious gourmet menus, speciality buffets and tasting sessions. It goes without saying that specific requirements, diets and nutritional habits can be catered for. And for those who want to be pampered culinary especially, we offer a la carte dining in the evening in our restaurant “Jägerstube”. On the restaurant bill 15 euros per person are credited to you.Try the treat of the slightly different cuisine - enjoy unique flavors and tastes that you find nowhere else.

In the Bistro La Piazza of the Hotel Terme Merano, on the Terme Square, one immediately feels welcome. Lidia Astner and her well-coordinated team ensure this with great warmth and hospitality. Whether in the sunshine on the terrace between palm trees and rosemary or in the stylish and protective glass cube – this is a special place to be at any time of day or year. Something sweet, something savoury or a good drink - on the menu you will find everything your heart desires. No wonder that Bistro La Piazza is popular with locals, city strollers and hotel guests alike. At lunchtime, when the glass cube gleams in the sun, or a little later, when the evening light turns the mountains red. A visit is definitely worthwhile!

Our small restaurant in San Cassiano is a space with a strong and distinctive character, where dishes are prepared using organic products from our farm and the local area. Choose us at Bio Lüch Ruances for breakfast, aperitifs, dinner or also lunch in the summer – all of them being good opportunities to discover the authentic South Tyrolean flavours.

The Oberhauser restaurant with its large, shady garden is located in the village centre of Terlan. In addition to classic South Tyrolean cuisine and fish dishes, you can also enjoy pizzas (in the evening and Thurs/Fri/Sat also at lunchtime) and asparagus dishes in spring.

In our house, food is culture, knowledge, and sharing.
