Our chefs are challenging their art to be the most demanding palates. The menu of the restaurant is refined continuously and consists of many homemade pastas and typical products of the region Trentino-Alto Adige.

Villa Heidelberg is the right place for a family party, business lunch or dinner, small wedding or a romantic candlelight dinner. There are 30 seats on the inside of the restaurant, 20-25 seats in the “Vinschgauerstube” and 30-40 seats on the terrace. The owner “Edi”, the chef in the house, is running the restaurant together with his wife Lidia (in the service) already for 25 years. The variety of food in the Villa Heidelberg consists on the one hand of typical southtyrolean dishes and on the other hand of some creations from Edi. He is always tries to to cook with regional products and to adapt to the season. Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. Our tasty but healthy menu offers cold starters, traditional alpine soups, home-made pasta, meat and egg plates, as well as tasty desserts…

The restaurant “ Umser Mühlele” was new reopened in spring 2018 . It is located really quiet and idyllic at the hiking trail number 6 from Fie´ to the Castel Prösels but you can also reach it by car or by bus (number 176 ). The guests can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Fie´ and Renon . The “ Umser Mühlele “ offers regional and delicious food for diner . Saturday and Sunday the restaurant offers also food for lunch and in the afternoon the guests enjoy homemade cakes , ice cream or the typical South Tyrolean “ Marende” .
