Restaurant, Bar & Hofschank directly at the Speikboden skiing region. We serve local specialities and local dishes at an elevation of 1,350 m in the midst of the Speikboden skiing and hiking region with gorgeous views of the surrounding 3,000 m peaks. We offer fresh homegrown products; meat, fish (trout; please order in advance), vegetables, herbs, and jellies. Our restaurant Schüsslerhof is ideal for family celebrations, company festivities, and weddings. We will gladly reserve our restaurant for you. Group reservations can be arranged after regular business hours.

Newly opened mountain hut at the Karerpass | Passo Costalunga on the Latemar meadows.

Enjoy on our terrace typical regional dishes, prepared with different herbs from our own garden. Our cook set great store by using fresh products from best quality. After an exciting walking-tour a traditional snack with a good wine from South Tyrol expect You. Of course You must also taste our sweets. All our desserts are self-made!

You will find us on the Plose, the local mountain of Brixen, where the Eisack valley displays its natural beauty and heaven and earth are particularly close. Dark forests and soft meadows are our only neighbors. The Trametsch mountain hut – led by Roswitha and Andreas Ellemund- is above Plose valley station and is easily accessible to visitors by car (large car park), as well as to hikers and skiers. As restaurant located right at the bottom of the mountain, we are open all year round. In addition to daily activity, our restaurant in Brixen at the Plose is available also for diverse celebrations and events.

At 1,700 m on the sea level at the foot of Latemar above the city of Predazzo, Gardoné offers you relax and culinary highlights with a wonderful view to the Lagorai Mountains. Both in summer and in winter time, the Gardoné is the perfect place to eat delicious creations, either Mediterranean or traditional, combined with a glass of wine, and to enjoy the sun and the music on the wide terrace. The mountain hut is easily reachable, both in summer and in winter, thanks to the lifts of the hike and Ski Centre Latemar Obereggen. If you are a sports-passionate, you can reach the Gardoné by skiing in wintertime, and hiking or mountain biking in summer time, following one of the marked paths or trails. You can arrive in the Gardoné from Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo. Hot food from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

Welcome to the Parc Hotel in Sulden! Our hotel was built by Hartmann Gutwenger in 1983. He is a famous chef and together with his family and the hotel staff he takes care of all his guests with great love and attention. Rest and comfort transpires from each room, stube, and corner of the hotel. Alpine furniture and fittings make the Parc Hotel a snug and cozy home for your holidays.

The "Steinrast" 1.723m is hide in the most beautiful lateral valley of the Val d'Ultimo. In summer the "Steinrast" is an ideal starting point for splendid hikes and excursions. We are also accessible by the new cable car of the "Schwemmalm" as a secret suggestion for mountainbikers. In winter the snow covered "Steinrast" fascinate for it's paradise for the snowrackets. Many way-marked footpaths guarantees fun for everyone. We spoil our guests apart from the traditional tyrolean cuicine also with dishes containing home made herbs. For the small ones we offer large tracts on the grass to have fun and play.

The Gasserhof is a traditional house in St. Andrä, near Brixen. At lunchtime, the Gasserhof has its restaurant open for you between 12.00 and 13.30. For several years, chef Fabian has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. The team is also supported by Hermann, who is happy to share his experience and expertise with his colleagues. One “must” in the kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. Good service and a friendly atmosphere are always our concern. Its good for lounging and feel well on our patio and lawn. Our House is only in the hand of our family. We have open throughot the whole year and have a place in the sun. Between the house is a skating loipe in the winter. For our guests we have some appartements, the flats have all inside and also a terrace. Outside we have a place where the children can play and have some fun. Our restaurant is open from 12,00 am till 05,00 pm. We have a different kind of food and we prepare also some typical meals from South tyrol.
