With its contemporary and stylish flair, our “Chill & Grill Restaurant Patio” is the perfect spot to find a quiet moment for a business lunch, to catch up on work, or for a convivial dinner among friends. The artistic vibrancy in the décor carries through to the kitchen, led by our team of talented young chefs. They unleash their creativity on menu selections using farm-to-table ingredients, supporting our South Tyrolean region and its bountiful harvest. The revamped menu focuses on “fine dining”, offering a selection of tartare, appetizers and first courses, as well as an outstanding grill selection, where you can choose the cut of meat you prefer, cooked as you like it. We also take special care in providing an epicurean experience for those with food intolerances and dietary preferences. We offer a curated list of superb wines from South Tyrol, as well as vintages of the most renowned Italian wineries to complement your meal.

For lunch, we also have a large self-serve restaurant with 300 seats indoors and 120 seats on the sun terrace which is open from 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In the beginnings a horse stable, the original vault from the 17 century was restored and conected with modern architectur. Open since 04.05.01 the area is daily open from 08.00 to 24.00. We serve pizzas and other food from 12.00 to 14.00 (in the high season we have non stop pizza service from 12.00 to 23.00) and at night from 17.30 to 23.00.
