South Tyrol is the meeting place of two cultures. It is a place where the Alpine and Mediterranean influences touch. These two different cuisines have their own unique and special characteristics. Reservation requested! On the one hand, it is particularly important for us to bring the regional cuisine to our guests, as we have known it since our childhood. However, we would also like to offer our guests perfected Mediterranean cuisine. Our talented chef fuses these two traditions, creating new and extraordinary dishes. We pay close attention to the ingredients used, following a simple principle: We only purchase products that we would personally use when cooking for our own children. There we offer freshly grounded coffee, cakes and gateaus of the hotel's own patisserie and in the summertime the delicious ice cream of Christian Moriggl, Eis Total, from Prad. A highlight are also our two terraces and the playroom for the kids. To enjoy with relish a cup of coffee keeping always an eye on the children – this is unique to us.

The Nigglhof is the place to be if you want to forget stressful days for a while and to relax in the middle of our wonderful view to de breathtaking Dolomites and with delicious national food, made with products from our garden. “Kronenwirt” includes the vitality restaurant, the bar, the dining halls, the smokers’ lounge, the garden and city terrace and the internet point. “La Piazza” has been designed to resemble the hustle and bustle of an Italian Piazza, where people meet, chat, stroll, flirt, enjoy good food and drinks, talk and chatter. Here, our guests can chose from the half board menu or eat à la carte, sip a tasty cocktail, watch the fish in the well or enjoy the sunshine on the garden terrace.

We run a butcher shop know throughout this area. We get the meat from our own livestock and from nearby farms. We use these products to make hearty and delicious specialties of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. We also have a large vegetable garden, and can thus offer our guests not only good-tasting foods, but also guaranteed fresh and healthy ingredients.

Our Pircher restaurant is located in Nals on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, in a quiet location surrounded by orchards and only 6 kilometres from Niederlana. In our large garden and on the sunny terrace we spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, pasta dishes, snacks, cakes and much more. For families we offer a great children's playground and special children's meals.

Sustainability and freshness are particularly important to me and are top priorities for me. My aim is to surprise our guests and to provide them with a top-class, pleasurable experience that they will remember for a long time.
