The Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 3 spoons and Gault & Millau gave it 3 of its coveted hats. “Local products for our guests from all over the world” sums up the philosophy of our chef Michael Mayr. He is assisted by 3 sous-chefs: Karin Ennemoser, Klaus Burgstaller and Roman Vidovic. In an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, visitors can choose a manu in 3 different variants (4, 5 o 6 course) – for a superlativegastronomic experience.
