The Gasthof Jocher is located in the middle of alpine meadows directly below the Vigilius church. Accessible by cable car, chairlift and a leisurely hike, the traditional inn awaits you after careful renovation, with a new sun terrace and cosy dining rooms. Chef David and his kitchen team prioritise good and above all local food and products. Passionate craftsmanship and South Tyrolean hospitality do the rest.

The Sonnalp Hotel will lead you on a tasteful journey through many many specialties and delicious recipes. Gault Millau praises our kitchen as a careful and accurate spring of pleasure, where the accuracy for details surprises even the most demanding gourmets. We owe all these compliments to our chef Martin Koehl, who is inspired in his work by alpine and Mediterranean cuisine, perfectly mixed with a touch of modern internationalism. This reflects in our menu, which every night invites our clients to a wonderful journey through the great tastes of the Sonnalp Hotel kitchen. Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler is not simply an exclusive restaurant, but the place where the starred chef's sustainable philosophy is fully realised. In the magnificent Moessmer period villa in Bruneck, you can enjoy the 'Cook the Mountain' tasting menu based on the best ingredients from the surrounding mountains and valleys, chosen with respect for their natural cycles and with the aim of minimising waste. Spacious, bright and cosy rooms correspond to the vision of an Atelier: there is the Aperitif and Dessert Room, the Dining room, the Library and the Wine cellar. The Veranda offers a private experience for 6 people with a fantastic view of the park. Every aspect is in harmony with nature and designed to make you feel at home.

We wish you pleasure in eating, so we use fresh, seasonal produce from South Tyrol, especially products from the immediate area, such as herbs from our meadows, beef from our own attitude and our wildlife from hunters from hunting district.

Our tasteful international cuisine in a comfortable and cosy atmosphere with a rich salad buffet and a wide choice of traditional and special wood-oven pizzas will present a delightful variety to your palate. The spacious but comfortable restaurant is furnished in traditional Tyrolean style. Groups and buses are welcome! In summer you can enjoy our tasteful dishes on our beautiful terrace. A large parking area is available to our guests.

We can define the cuisine of our hotel as an international cuisine that tries to highlight the local cuisine: the very appreciated ladin cuisine.

The Bergl Hut is located at an altitude of 2,188 m below the Pleisshorngrat of the Ortler, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park. It is accessible in about 1.5 hours from the Holy Three Fountains in Trafoi via trail No. 18. The Bergl Hut is situated directly across from the second-highest mountain pass road in the Alps, the Stelvio Pass, and offers an impressive view of the surrounding peaks, the stunning alpine landscape, and the Stelvio Pass road with its 48 hairpin turns. The hut delights its guests with a selection of regional specialties. Here, hikers can enjoy hearty dishes such as dumplings, speck platters, and pasta dishes made with local ingredients. Sweet temptations like apple strudel or Kaiserschmarrn are also a must. The Bergl Hut is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours, such as to the Payer Hut or further on to the Ortler, the highest mountain in the Eastern Alps.

The pizzeria offers a wide variety of pizzas, on request also with wholemeal dough, flour from 7 cereals and cúrcuma flour. The restaurant offers a large selection of meat and fish dishes.

The self-service restaurant and the cosy Tyrolean Stube on the ground floor of the Kolpinghaus are open daily, Monday to Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. The central location of the restaurant offers its guests a tasty two-course menu of South Tyrolean specialities every day, consisting of classic and international dishes and a large vegetable and salad buffet. On request and by prior arrangement, the restaurant is also open in the evening and at weekends for groups of travellers.

Our inn offers you delicious, typical South Tyrolean dishes. Hot food from 12:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. and from 05:00 p.m. to 08:30 p.m.

South Tyrolean and Ladin specialities, the great classics of Mediterranean cuisine and international dishes: our kitchen brigade likes to focus on natural ingredients of local origin, which are combined with a touch of passion and imagination to create exquisite creations. For the right accompaniment, our wine list offers a wide selection of regional and national labels.

The Berghotel Schlemmer in Plancios serves classic South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödel (dumplings) and Kaiserschmarrn (a dessert made of shredded pancakes) – and not only to its guests. These dishes, as well as Italian pasta specialties, are also available to the many day-trippers, hikers and bikers who stop at the hotel. Absolutely everyone touring the area around Bressanone, the nearby Mount Plose and the vicinity of the Dolomites likes to have a bite to eat in the Schlemmer restaurant. Indeed, our kitchen staff know how to impress food connoisseurs and continuously come up with new creations that can even surprise guests who return year after year.

Directly at the start of the Obereggen lifts, the Platzl is the ideal starting, arrival and meeting point for all the mountain passionate. Opened all day long, every day in summer and in winter, Platzl offers you a rich menu able to satisfy even the most discerning palates. You cannot miss the crispy pizza baked in the wood-oven with a good mug of beer, but also the home-made pasta, meat and fish that you can combine with a wide choice of wines. In winter, let’s get surprised by every day live DJs and many events – at least 4 a week. You can arrive at Platzl from Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo. Hot food rom 11:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.

The Furkel Hut is beautifully situated at 2,153 meters above Trafoi in the Venosta Valley and is an ideal destination for mountain enthusiasts. The hut can be easily reached via the Trafoi chairlift or by foot along the well-marked trail No. 17 in about two hours. Once you arrive at the Furkel Hut, you will be welcomed by the cozy sun terrace, which invites you to linger. Here, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and be enchanted by the impressive views of the heavily glaciated Ortler massif. The majestic glaciers and peaks of the Ortler region create a spectacular backdrop that captivates nature lovers of all kinds. Whether for a short break during a hike or simply to relax – the Furkelhütte offers warm hospitality and culinary delights amidst a breathtaking mountain setting.

In the kitchen of our hotel in La Villa, you can feel the love for fresh, regional products and the passion for fine cuisine from Chef Erich (owner of Hotel Ciasa Tamà). In the evening, various menu options are offered, combining typical Ladin and South Tyrolean dishes with Italian and international cuisine. Themed evenings are organized during the week, such as the traditional Ladin dinner and a rich dessert buffet. Breakfast is mainly served buffet-style, with a wide selection of sweet and savory items, including fresh natural products and homemade delicacies.

In the restaurant at Hotel Pider, we offer refined cuisine that celebrates Ladin tradition and the culinary excellence of Italy. We use fresh, local ingredients such as mountain cheese, speck, and wild mushrooms to create authentic and flavorful dishes. Our specialties include "Cajinci t'ega," ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, and "Turtres." Our chef also prepares delicious Mediterranean dishes like homemade pasta and grilled meats. The restaurant, with its cozy and rustic ambiance, provides an intimate setting where you can savor every bite in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

With VinSushi by RISCHON we would like to set new culinary accents in the heart of Brunico and offer culinary surprises and an exciting mix of Japanese-Asian cuisine, one of the best in the world, with dishes prepared by chef Mohan Jiang, obviously only with top quality ingredients. Very central in Piazza Rurale, we are the ideal place for a coffee or an aperitif, for your lunch or dinner in a sophisticated environment.

We don't serve gourmet cuisine because we love the authenticity of local flavors. We offer typical Ladin and Italian dishes that reflect tradition. We serve smiles and warmth. In our restaurant at Passo Campolongo, you'll find delicious dishes of local venison with polenta, spinach casunziei with melted butter and smoked ricotta, Spätzle in all varieties, hearty barley soup with tirtle, and tasty dumplings made according to tradition. Additionally, you can choose from a selection of other Italian and international delicacies, all thoughtfully curated in a weekly menu for your stay. And as for breakfast, they say it's the best meal of the day! Imagine sitting in a room with carved wooden ceilings, elegant velvet fabrics, and a view of the Sella bathed in the colors of dawn, with a buffet laid out with warm croissants, sweet jams, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, cold cuts and cheeses for all tastes, eggs of all kinds, and more!

Food at the top host means you will enjoy in the heart of Lana whether. Onto the piazza, in the modern dining room or in the room from the 19th century. We offer vegetarian main meals as well as flexible mealtimes. We only use carefully selected products of the highest quality as much as possible of local production and homemade. In the dining rooms and bar, we will greet you with the friendly and attentive service as well as our daily changing fancy table decorations which we call standard. Our Pircher restaurant is located in Nals on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, in a quiet location surrounded by orchards and only 6 kilometres from Niederlana. In our large garden and on the sunny terrace we spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, pasta dishes, snacks, cakes and much more. For families we offer a great children's playground and special children's meals.
