In our cosy restaurant, we serve you the culinary titbits of our cook. He uses the best products of the season as well as home-made pastas and sweets. He prepares exquisite fishes, classic specialties of the area as well as a Mediterranean kitchen offer you everything one could wish for. Hot food from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

We attach great importance to a light and healthy kitchen. Regional products such as fruit, goat cheese, alpine cheese, milk, game, lamb, turkey and beef are sourced from small farmers in Lüsen. The Lüsnerhof kitchen offers a rich selection even for the most spoiled palate.

The self-service restaurant and the cosy Tyrolean Stube on the ground floor of the Kolpinghaus are open daily, Monday to Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. The central location of the restaurant offers its guests a tasty two-course menu of South Tyrolean specialities every day, consisting of classic and international dishes and a large vegetable and salad buffet. On request and by prior arrangement, the restaurant is also open in the evening and at weekends for groups of travellers.

Our guests see the excellent cuisine at Hotel Peter as a special strength of our hotel. They love the variety of our culinary creations from refined, regional cooking and dishes with Italian finesse. They particularly emphasise the taste, freshness and quality of the food, which ideally comes from high-quality South Tyrol raw ingredients, agricultural products and organic food from farmers in Nova Ponente and the surrounding area. Arrival From the Bolzano Sud motorway exit, immediately take the direction of Merano (Me-Bo highway), take the first exit towards Appiano / Caldaro following the "Strada del vino" signs. after approx. 100 mt., At the intersection, turn left towards Bolzano / Frangarto at the first roundabout go right towards Cornaiano. After approx. 3 km you will find on the left the indication of the hotel "Hotel Girlanerhof".

The Gasserhof is a traditional house in St. Andrä, near Brixen. At lunchtime, the Gasserhof has its restaurant open for you between 12.00 and 13.30. For several years, chef Fabian has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. The team is also supported by Hermann, who is happy to share his experience and expertise with his colleagues. One “must” in the kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. For this reason, vegetables, herbs, berries and fruit come directly from the hotel garden.

Regional and traditional cuisine

In keeping with this proverb, "The way to a man's heart is through his stomach", and not only for love, Arnold, our chef, will spoil you personally with culinary delicacies from all over the world. Our local cuisine will however not be forgotten because what is well-established is also the most enjoyable. A substantial breakfast buffet with home-made products is the best start to the day. For lunch you can choose some light dishes from our own restaurant and in the evening there comes the high point. An excellent 4 course menu with a choice of various salads from the buffet. Hot food from 12:00 a.m. to 01:30 p.m. and from 07:00 p.m. to 08:30 p.m.
