Our farmstead was once an ancient stable that has preserved the charm of the past with a rustic atmosphere. The cuisine is a true journey into Ladin flavours, lovingly prepared by our mum Annamaria. For her, fresh products, picked from her garden, meat from our farm, milk and fresh ricotta are the key ingredients. Each dish tells the story of our land and its riches. The cosy and familiar atmosphere will make you feel at home, while the panoramic view of the majestic Sas dla Crusc will make every moment unforgettable. Our cuisine is known for its homemade food and excellent service. Every day we serve you in our Chalet in San Candido / Versciaco with different daily specials such as homemade pasta (Schlutzer), alpine cheese grilled, and much more. Very delicious are also the homemade desserts like the apple pie or the buckwheat cake.

The master of the house, Mr. Senn, provides smoked bacon and meat specialities from his own butchers and even surprises visitors with fresh home-produced wine. The sports zone Wasserebene is located just outside the village center of Castelrotto, the world-famous village due to its numerous personalities. On Wasserebene you will find everything a sportsman's heart desires, from a beach volleyball court, a children's playground, an artificial turf field, which can be rented for private tournaments and events, to a soccer field on which various top clubs (e.g. Fiorentina, Hellas Verona, Al Nasr) have already held their summer training camps. But not only sportive has the Sportzone Wasserebene a lot to offer. Culinary you will be spoiled by the boss himself. The traditional asparagus season starts on the water level, you can end your summer days with a cozy barbecue in company and in the cool winter months the year finds a culinary end with the two-week fish evenings.

Since 1977 we have served homemade Ladin specialities for our guests to enjoy in our rustic dining rooms and in summer also in our romantic garden.

Tradition and Originality! Our Gothic drawing room at the country manor house dates back to the 11th century. It was the residence of the "Lords of Wangen" and also of successive generations. The last restoration took place at the end of the 18th century. Enjoy our carefully prepared culinary treats in Hotel Kematen's cosy drawing room and be enchanted by the distinctive character of this inviting guest room.

In our newly designed wine bar "Zirm" we serve tasty meat and fish dishes with ingredients of the highest quality with a large selection of wines. You find us right on the "Luis Trenker" promenade in quiet atmosphere away from all the hustle and bustle of the town.

Grown gastronomic culture with regional roots are tradition. We use fresh trout, lamb, venison, vegetables, dairy products, wine and others from the farmer and from South Tyrolean production. However, we prepare wood-fired pizzas and international dishes too. The gastronomic specialties week "Eisacktalerkost" delight guests from near and far for more than 43 years on meals with a rich history.

The Durnwald restaurant in Colle/Val Casies - Gsieser Tal originated in 1970 from the division of the well-known Keil restaurant. Today it is a typical village inn that is situated in the middle of green areas at the forest edge. The Mayr family will convince you with good plain cooking and the use of fresh, local products. And the extensive wine list leaves nothing to be desired. Closed on Monday.

Our restaurant, with large sun terrace, is ideal for groups and celebrations, and on cozy evenings it is particularly suitable for couples. Leave all stress behind and enjoy a quiet rest on our terrace. Whether in the sun or under the shady vine arbor (roofed), you can unwind. The cellar is also open for guests from the end of September to mid-November. During those months, you can savor our traditional Törggelen dishes! The Windisch family looks forward to your visit!

The best South Tyrolean dishes! The Restaurant-Pizzeria Babsi in Soprabolzano has been for about 27 years an important meeting place for both locals and visitors. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes such as ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, dumplings and traditional meat dishes are prepared after the secret and closely guarded cookbook from granny’s days. We recommend a glass of fine wine or a draught beer. In the afternoon we serve delicious home-made cakes with coffee, cappuccino, tea or freshly squeezed fruit juices in our traditional dining room and on the sunny terrace. From 5.00 pm, you can also enjoy different Italian pizzas and small, home-made specialties. Have fun and spend time together every night, when junior chef Philip prepares fresh cocktails and drinks for its guests at the bar.

The Plantapatschhütte hut is a local restaurant at the top station of the chairlift on the adventure mountain Watles . Guests are spoiled with a varied selection of local specialities. On the sun terrace you can enjoy a drink and the warm rays of the sun. Young and old alike benefit from the excellent location on the adventure mountain next to the play lake. The Plantapatsch hut can be reached by chairlift or on foot along trail no. 3.

The restaurant “ Umser Mühlele” was new reopened in spring 2018 . It is located really quiet and idyllic at the hiking trail number 6 from Fie´ to the Castel Prösels but you can also reach it by car or by bus (number 176 ). The guests can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Fie´ and Renon . The “ Umser Mühlele “ offers regional and delicious food for diner . Saturday and Sunday the restaurant offers also food for lunch and in the afternoon the guests enjoy homemade cakes , ice cream or the typical South Tyrolean “ Marende” .

In the comfortable restaurant in our historic farm are mainly served products directly of our own farm and field. Perfect for year group celebrations, birthday parties, company parties or the typical South Tyrolean autumn tradition, the so called Törggelen. Among tasty South Tyrolean quality products and Mediterranean digestibility you can enjoy from morning to evening the variety of the gastronomic pleasures. Enjoy in our garden coffee and homemade apple strudel, the typical Tyrolean afternoon snack “Marende” or a fruit buffet. Our homemade juices taste best after a beautiful bike tour with the whole family.
