Our proven team is still from Chef Jörg Trafoier and sommelier Sonya. Since the spring of 2013, is son Kevin Trafoier in the kitchen next to the stove and Jörg has his own style complements the creative dishes of our house and further developed.
For some time, daughter Natalie Trafoier is now fully entered the family business. As a trained pastry chef and Patissière can expand our extensive range in our Bistrot perfect.

Located in Corso Libertà right in front of the main entrance of the Kurhaus, the restaurant ale-house Forsterbräu is a recognised landmark both for residents and tourists, thanks to its traditional cuisine, which can be enjoyed from lunchtime until late in the evening and above all for its eight different sorts of draught beer. There is one main dining room, several charming typical Stube and - during the warm season - the

The kitchen team at the Ansitz Jakoberhof combine traditional farmer’s dishes of Val Gardena with Italian delicacy. It also prepares appropriate plates for guests with special diets or food allergies.
While it’s only possible to choose delicious dishes from our restaurant menu at lunch time (between 12 – 14.00 pm) you may also take part at the daily 4 course dinner menu with salad and cheese buffet we serve our hotel guests in the evenings. A vast choice of wines on our wine list will round off the chosen dishes and give you the best experience.

Bad Egart has been a restaurant since 1430 and is the oldest healing bath in Tyrol. The Platino family has transformed the restaurant into a treasure trove and museum over the years.
