And our regional old wood provides real cosiness on two floors. As local innkeepers, the quality of the food is very important to us. That's why we mainly serve fresh and regional food. That's why we get the ingredients for our dishes, among other things, directly from our local organic farm or get them from the butcher and the alpine dairy we trust in Sesto. At Zin Fux we cook with heart. We serve small and large hot meals from midday to evening. With our playground and alpacas, even the little ones won't get bored.

Since May 2025, Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler has taken over the management of Ansitz Heufler. “Ansitz Heufler is a natural extension of our ‘Cook the Mountain’ philosophy,” explains Norbert Niederkofler. “A place where hospitality becomes a vehicle for culture, identity, and genuine connection to the region. The restaurant is recently renovated and makes sure that the guests can eat excellent dishes proposed by the host himself in a comfortable atmosphere. The menu offers both the typical South Tyrolean specialities and the light dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. In the pizzeria, the chef will prepare for you tasty pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.

Located near the church in Laives, this place welcomes guests in the morning with a relaxed bar atmosphere. In the evening, the restaurant serves authentic, oven-fresh pizza, best enjoyed outdoors on the terrace during warm summer nights.

Farm-to-table dining-our restaurant Those who like to enjoy sustainable food will fall in love with it in our restaurant and the concept of zero-km-food. Regional, seasonal, high-quality and organic ingredients end up on your plate, on your fork, in your spoon and in your glass. Anyone who thinks organic is boring will be shown otherwise: Take a seat and embark on a new culinary journey. The small menu offers dishes and specialities that change with the seasons, which will delight both big and small connoisseurs. And because even the best food doesn’t taste good without a cosy atmosphere, we have thought of everything. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts bring nature in and give you a clear view of it: the flower meadow and playground, the cottage garden and the stables with animals to pet and love.

Traditional and comfortable inn and coffee shop in the centre of Verdins. Good home cooking with Tyrolean and Italian specialities. We breed our own lambs. Home-made fruit juices and cakes, as well as vegetables from our own garden.

Restaurant Pizzeria Tschafon is located in Fiè allo Sciliar.

Located directly at the valley station of the cable car Falzeben, the Café-Restaurant Panorama with it's large sun terrace is the perfect meeting place for all.

Restaurant Cafe Pichler is situated at the valley terminal of the Taser cablecar. Sunny terrace and panoramic views to Schenna and Meran. Italian and typical Tyrolean dishes, vegetarian cuisine, cakes and ice-cream specialities. From May to October, if the weather is good, we offer live music on Sunday mornings, as well as a grill.

The pizzeria offers a wide variety of pizzas, on request also with wholemeal dough, flour from 7 cereals and cúrcuma flour. The restaurant offers a large selection of meat and fish dishes.
