Enjoyable hours promises a unique gazebo on our stylish terrace Vinschgauer Sonnenberg. We seduce in the spring with fresh wild garlic dishes, as well as with the unique Biospargel from Kastelbell. It offers in summer salads, fresh strawberries and raspberries and sweet delights, such as the Passo apricot dumplings with Zimtbrösel. Autumn time - Treatment time hearty Törggele dishes and of course the popular poachers time! Our wine list offers exquisite white and red wines from renowned wineries, as well as fresh wine from Passo winemakers. Homemade juices from elderflower, strawberry, lemon balm are home-made.

Small cozy hut right on the Rautpiste in Vierschach/Versciaco, in the ski area 3 Zinnen Dolomites, with stunning views over the Alta Pusteria. Reachable also on foot in about 20 minutes (from Vierschach/Versciaco) or easily accessible by chairlift Raut. Renovated again a few years ago with a fresh but genuinely traditional style, it is the first room in the historic centre where, sitting at tables in the garden, you are kissed by the sun.

Here you will find Mediterranean cuisine and grilled specialties with a total of ten different premium beef varieties from around the world. At Aomi you will dive into the world of Wagyu and Kobe Beef.

We are in a sunny, peaceful location bursting with nature at 1,420m in the hills situated above Welsberg/Monguelfo. It is not only a restaurant to visit for a meal but also a lovely place to spend a few hours– whether as a couple or a family. You can reach the restaurant comfortably by car from the centre of Monguelfo in just 10 minutes, or if you are the outdoors type there are many walking trails that pass our door. Our chef creates traditional home-made Tyrolian specialities as well as international favourites. We spend our time searching for the highest quality local ingredients. We use fresh herbs and home-grown produce from our vegetable garden when the seasons allow. Enjoy the family atmosphere in our homely ’Stube’ which makes for a memorable experience. Right in the centre of the village, immersed in nature Eppanerhof. The name lives up to its promise. This historic building with its shady terrace, garden and large car park may be found right in the centre of Eppan-Appiano, making it the idea base for walks and cycling tours in the Überetsch valley area. The popular bathing lakes of southern South Tyrol are close by, too. This is the perfect accommodation for explorers, bon vivants and all those who appreciate genuine, warm hospitality. Our rooms afford generous views across the sea of vineyards that make up the Überetsch valley and as stretch far as the provincial capital of Bozen-Bolzano. To the west the Mendel-Mendola mountain, with its densely forested ridge, may be seen rising up, inviting hikers to scale the heights and enjoy the views for miles around. Eppan-Appiano is a lively village on the South Tyrol Wine Road, where posh boutiques may be found alongside corner shops, elegant vinotheques next to the village cafè, and prestigious restaurants beside traditional pizzerias. Eppanerhof is a combination of the latter: the good reputation of the pizzas served in its restaurant extends beyond the local surrounding Überetsch area. Traditional food is served in the open air beneath knobbly chestnut trees.

Located in Corso Libertà right in front of the main entrance of the Kurhaus, the restaurant ale-house Forsterbräu is a recognised landmark both for residents and tourists, thanks to its traditional cuisine, which can be enjoyed from lunchtime until late in the evening and above all for its eight different sorts of draught beer. There is one main dining room, several charming typical Stube and - during the warm season - the refreshing indoor garden with its chestnut trees. Up to 500 people can eat and drink at the same time and during the month of December you may taste the special Christmas beer. The unmissable Beer Feast has become a tradition and takes place every year during the third weekend of September, with good live music, outstanding meals and pints and pints of fresh Forst beer!

It awaits an authentic Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine, combined with fine wines of small local wineries in the unique setting of two wooden wine barrels. The cuisine of the owner and chef Klaus Pircher reflects the classic and modern South Tyrol. Selected seasonal products from producers in the area can be found in the kitchen. For aperitif Aperol from Marling of the private distillery Unterthurner, followed by fresh mountain butter from Unterschweighof from the Ulten Valley combined with homemade bread and fresh vegetables from South Tyrol, this are just a few examples.

Sigmund is one the most tradition-steeped restaurants in Meran’s Old Town. Located near the pedestrian area, at the Bozner Gate, it offers excellent South Tyrolean home-style cooking with some culinary forays into Italy. Special emphasis is placed on a wonderful preparation of local products. The menu changes regularly, ensuring that guests are always treated to new creations. Healthy cuisine – healthy body – healthy spirit Restaurant Schwarzer Adler – the first guesthouse in Villabassa Schwarzer Adler was the first guesthouse in Villabassa. Opened in the 15th century, philosophers, scientists and other academics and summer guests from the hogher echelons of Austro-Hungarian nobility visited the guesthouse. Under the management of the renowned tourism expert Emma Hellenstainer, the guesthouse became popular for its exquisite cuisine. Guests were spoiled with healthy food already back in Miss Emma's day! This tradition has been preserved up to date. Whenever possible we use home-grown products or products from organic farmers from the surroundings, who we know in person.

Located directly at the valley station of the cable car Falzeben, the Café-Restaurant Panorama with it's large sun terrace is the perfect meeting place for all.
