Alumix

The Alumix is a historical venue in Bolzano: here the classical is combined with the modern in a mixture of tradition and modernity. Our customers have at their disposal 250 seats, distributed in the main hall and in the hall in front of the technology pole with the most modern and lightest lines. From here you have access to the terrace, ideal for lunch or dinner on hot days or just to enjoy an aperitif under a beautiful centuries-old olive tree. A creative, fresh, seasonal and healthy cuisine that proposes dishes from the South Tyrolean territory, with references to the classic Italian cuisine, especially from the Veneto region.
