The rural Christmas Market in Partschins is a very unique and picturesque one, taking place in the authentic ambience of the historic church square. In rustic stands you can find precious regional products as well as gastronomic specialties.

On the first Sunday in Advent, the House of Culture in Steinegg is transformed into an atmospheric Christmas market, organised by the charity women of Steinegg. The traditional market offers a warm atmosphere, lovingly designed stands and a diverse range of handmade products, delicious treats and festive decorations. The special thing about this Christmas market is that all the net proceeds go to charity. The 20 or so active members of the association and numerous supporters from Steinegg and the surrounding area work hard to make this day a very special event. Immerse yourself in the pre-Christmas atmosphere and do good at the same time.

From 3:00 – 5:00 PM, we’ll craft little autumn elves and charming candle holders for Advent. Using natural materials, wooden beads, felt, fabric scraps, and colorful paper, we’ll create magical little artworks – perfect for gifts or decorating your home!

The association Forum Musik Caldaro/Kaltern organizes the advent concert at the parish church in Kaltern.

On Sunday, November 30th, the Peter Mitterhofer Typewriter Museum will host an Open House from 10 AM to 6 PM in celebration of the Partschins Advent Market.

It all started with a few hardworking women who had a knack for crafting, designing, and decorating - soon the idea for a different kind of Christmas market was born. Every 2 years, the large clubhouse in Stilfes becomes a unique marketplace for (not just) Christmas decorations - nothing here is "Made in China", everything is homemade. The lovingly handcrafted products range from artistic candles and festive wreaths to unique pieces of jewelry and culinary delights. Visitors can stroll through the festively decorated hall, enjoy the warm atmosphere, and sample mulled wine or goulash soup in a cozy setting. The proceeds will go to "Südtirol hilft'", as always.

This young couple brings great enthusiasm and love to their music. Their repertoire features harmonized arrangements and interpretations of popular pop, jazz, R&B, and funk songs.

Conductor: Paul Bozzetta. A passionate amateur violinist’s request for a string ensemble inspired Lilly Osann to establish a string orchestra. In spring 2022, a dedicated group of ambitious amateurs from various professions and age groups came together. Most of them had learned to play their instrument in their youth, and all share a love for music and the joy of making music together. The Arcana String Orchestra is conducted by Lilly Osann, former violinist of the Düsseldorf Symphony Orchestra (1992–1997), the Haydn Orchestra of Bolzano & Trento, and the Bolzano String Academy. She shares the musical leadership with Paul Bozzetta, a trombonist with conducting training under H. Obkircher, E. von Marschall (Düsseldorf), and G. Buitenhuis (Enschede, NL), with extensive experience as a conductor for various musical ensembles and bands.

María Grand & Maya Keren (CH/USA) María Grand: sax Maya Keren: piano A major all-female encounter between Geneva-born saxophonist, singer, and composer María Grand and emerging pianist Maya Keren, originally from Philadelphia and now based in Brooklyn. The compositions, almost entirely original, weave together free improvisations and hyper-precisely written music: some inspired by María’s exploration of the human subconscious, others born from purely mathematical ideas, creating a virtuosic sound reminiscent of classic “straight ahead” jazz. The duo tells stories of modern women with ancient roots, capable of unfolding in real time and revealing archetypes and futuristic wonders. The goal is never to play “correctly,” but to give free rein to experience, with all the risks and pleasures that come with it. Above all, the music focuses on what touches the human: sincere, intense, and intentional.
