The e-bike tour starts in Monguelfo and leads along the idyllic Val Casies Valley cycle route to S. Martino. Along the route, there are various access points. The route leads past the charming Kahnwirt and Kircherwirt inns before climbing up the alpine path to the Versellalm and on to the Tolderhütte hut. A particular highlight are the extensive, carefully tended alpine pastures, which can be explored during a guided tour. These alpine pastures have been extensively enhanced: new fences were installed, and about a dozen old barns were faithfully restored or rebuilt in their original design using traditional materials. This carefully crafted cultural landscape shows the harmonious interplay of nature and traditional alpine farming. Refreshments possibility. Difficulty: medium. Length: 45 km. The day hike starts at the Passo Costalunga and leads into the rock labyrinth beneath the Latemar mountain. The mystical labyrinth invites you to discover special stone formations, leads you up stone steps through rock gates and forces you to climb through this wonderful rocky landscape. As the sun sets on the horizon, casting a breathtaking play of colors across the sky and the Dolomite mountains, a culinary experience of the highest class begins: The Chef's Open Air – Sunset Edition in the Eggental Valley.
6 Eggen Valley gourmet chefs, 4 old wood-fired ovens, 1 legendary mountain backdrop: the main ingredients for the Chefs’ Open Air as part of Eggental Valley’s Culturinarika.
In the picturesque alpine meadows below the farm Stadlalm in Welschnofen, between the Rosengarten and the Latemar, between the grill and the fire pit, between creative and sophisticated creations, at this event you can look over the shoulders of the chefs as they prepare their delicious dishes.
Manuel Pichler from the Restaurant Tschein, Reinhard Daverda from the Hotel Pfösl, Gregor Eschgfäller from the Gourmet Restaurant Astra, Thobias Pardeller from the Franzin Alm, Philip Lochman from the Hotel Engel gourmet&spa and Arnold Paris from the Vitalhotel Erica will all give your taste buds a treat.
Wines by renowned South Tyrolean winemakers will be served in keeping with the delicious food. A welcome aperitif and a selection of savory appetizers will be served at the entrance.
Coffee enjoyment is available during the event, too. Those in the mood for cool drinks will be well catered for at the Getränke Holzknecht stand.
The band “The Legendary St. Pauls Tschäss Bänd” will ensure there is plenty of great gourmet music too.

On a tour of the Steinegg Museum, we bring these stories back to life. In the lovingly furnished rooms, chambers and laboratories, children and adults listen to the exciting tales of a storyteller in German language.
