Every Wednesday between 8.30 am to 12.30 am, the pedestrian zone and Peter-Glückh-Platz in Malles/Mals bustle with activity. Fresh local produce, such as fruit, berries and vegetables, cheeses, bacon and bread types, jam, vinegar, juices and herbal teas, are always available for sale at the market. There are also craft and handicraft products made of stone, wood or felt for sale, as well as textiles, leather goods, plants, and equipment of all kinds for house and garden. From June to September, the market is held together with the farmers' market in the pedestrian zone, where producers from the area offer bacon and cheese, fruit and vegetables. The surrounding guesthouses and restaurants offer special dishes to the respective market focus.

Discover the charm of the picturesque alpine village of Stilves, near Sterzing, in an enchanted atmosphere. Accompanied by the silvery light of the moon and the twinkling of the stars, we will walk with torches through the picturesque landscape, revealing the romantic side of this small village. Be enchanted by the tranquil and unique atmosphere of the snow-covered streets and paths, while the warm torchlight creates a magical and enveloping atmosphere. At the end of this special walk, you will be able to warm yourself with an aromatic mulled wine or a warm cup of tea. Registration: 11.00

Note: The hike is only in German and Italian. Accompanied by our mountain guide, we head from the Mastaun farmstead (1,640 m) along the stream into the Mastaun valley. After passing the Mastaun alpine hut (1,810 m), the tour heads into the rear part of the valley up to an altitude of approximately 2,000 m. During a pleasant rest, you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature and the quiet winter idyll. Afterwards, you return to the meeting point. Walking time: approx. 4-5 hours including breaks. Height difference: approx. 400 -500 m uphill and downhill (approx. 6 km). Meeting point: 10.30 a.m. at the park area at Madonna di Senales. Minimum number of participants: 2 persons. Intermediate-level guided e-bike tour starting from the Colfosco Ski school, descending towards La Villa along the river, and then continuing along the river, from La Villa up to Armentarola. The return journey follows the same route. The route, ideal even in winter thanks to the bikes' electric assistance, equipped with studded tires, offers breathtaking views of the snow-capped Dolomites, where you can escape from everyday life and admire a fairytale landscape. After a brief stop at the Cross-country skiing centre Alta Badia bar to enjoy a hot chocolate with friends, the tour returns to Colfosco. The route is suitable for cyclists with some experience and good cycling skills, with moderate climbs and fun descents, all surrounded by the charm of winter nature.

Our leisurely circular hike starts at Gibitzplatz in Deutschnofen. From there, we follow the old Kirchsteig trail to the idyllically situated Wölflhof farm, where we plan to stop for lunch. Along the way, hiking guide Irene will point out the special features of winter nature. What strategies do plants and animals use to survive the cold season? Perhaps we will even discover traces of wild animals? Experiencing the winter silence of nature is a special treat for body and soul. Again and again we enjoy impressive views of the surrounding peaks - the Corno Bianco, the Latemar and the Catinaccio, which are part of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site. After a lunch break, we return along the E5 European long-distance hiking trail back to Nova Ponente/Deutschnofen. Sellaronda - accompanied ski tour around the Sella Mountain Massif
(no skiing-teacher but a guide/companion)

The Sellaronda is a circular ski tour for sporty skiers around the Sella Mountain Massif. There are different ways to circumnavigate the Sella: It leads over the picturesque Sellajoch/Passo Sella, the Pordoijoch/Passo Pordoi, den Campolongopass/Passo Campolongo and the Grödner Joch/Passo Gardena. In total, the tour has a lenght of 40 kilometers - about 24 kilometers are overcome by chairlift. The ski tour is duable also for people with intermediate skiing knowledge. The participants will be picked up in their accomodations.

Start: every wednesday at 7.00 a.m. | Return: 6.00 p.m. | Costs: 40€/person | Prerequisite: The skiers are in possession of a ski pass (multi-day, season ticket) or buy a day ticket on the same morning.

Accompanied by a local ski instructor, a very characteristic ski circuit with a unique panorama begins. Experience together the legendary 8 slopes in Val Gardena: Saslong, Cir, Ciampinoi Nr. 3, Bravo, Falk, Gardenissima, La Longia und Pilat. Every slope has its own history and we could go as far as saying that it is quite a special one: after all, some of them were the stage of the 1970 World Ski Championships. The Legendary 8 are the most beautiful and meaningful slopes in Val Gardena, and they cover a total of 36 kilometres.

Just a few metres from the top station of the Mont Sëura chairlift (2,025 m) and in the heart of a picturesque landscape, there is the brand new Zipline Monte Pana. Thanks to an innovative system, you can start off in complete tranquility and then descend steeply through woods and meadows at a speed of up to 100 km/h. The distance covered is a good 1.5 km with an altitude difference of 409 meters. An adrenaline experience that will surprise you!

During an evening torchlight hike on the Art and Nature Trail “Troi UNIKA”, Diego Deiana explains the centuries-old craftmanship of Val Gardena as well as the displayed works. The torchlight makes the nine stations particularly atmospheric. In this way art and nature blend harmoniously into each other.
